I phoned the billing call centre on 8 May regarding our billing. A dispute was logged, I received no feedback from Telkom, despite the dispute that was logged or the numerous emails that I sent to their escalation centre. I phoned again on the following dates, the 17 May, 23 May, 25 May and today the 1 June 2018, each time, I was told that there is no feedback on the dispute and they will escalate the dispute. To date I have received absolutely no feedback from anyone at Telkom, this problem has been ongoing for the past 18 months. This is the most pathetic customer service I have ever received.
