hai shem the worst services ever every month you must deal with an untrained fool..I spoke to someone on my messenger yesterday..actually three people who took 2 hours just to send e30 change my number and reset my decoder..i always have the worst services ever that's the reason you loosing clients and I am one of the clients you going to loose..you are the worst and this is my last month with you because I can't live like this for a service I'm paying..even today I'm still waiting for settings your agents left me hanging..if it was a call it's call avoidance coz I was left like that..8810151049081
I requested a reconnection on access without recordings pvr access.. and later decided to downgrade to easy view. I then made a payment of R72 on 9th of March and went on my dstv to upgrade to my surprise they were activated and I did not request any activation on pvr access. I asked disconnection as this was not my fault and as always agents are incompetent and refuse to assist me. One can never catch a break with the horrible service they receive monthly.. I requested a disconnection on my invoice date and now I'm requesting they reconnect me on Easyview and tell. Me. I'm mad as **** shame my payment is the 5th yet today I wake up and going to pay they disconnected me no grace period nothing for a good payer like me, I'm always always having to fight with you guys, check my account and check my payments, I'm not paying reconnection fee and if you disconnect me im going to the ombudsman, my mom paydate is the 25 she hasn't paid but she still has TV she's a bad payer on dstv yet Me a good payer already switched me off, I'm not paying that reconnection fee else ombudsman will contact you because I'm soo irate for a good payer who does things on time..
