Even their Old Mutual Complaints Management lies . 24 Jan promised to make contact. On emails they keep saying they are following up but nothing is actioned and fixed
I have sent numerous emails about issues with my old mutual accounts. Below is two ref nrs i could find. No one gives a dam to reply ONTC11810040 ONT11810043 Why am i not getting points for 22seven. 22seven support said my account is linked. I have completed all moneyversity courses, why doesn't it show I'm 100% done? I complete the Moneyversity courses as soon as I earn points, but I've noticed that the answers to some questions change every time. What was correct before suddenly isn't right anymore.

They have said that they function optimally between 8am and 8pm.I am assigning things to them while they are recharging their batteries so they can help you out as soon as they awake. Regards The Auto Responder Looks like all they do is sleep because they are definitely not working and ANSWERING EMAILS. The Svens are at hand any day between 8am and 8pm. << its 5pm, why the sleeping auto reply. Wake the F%$ up.
I use to love going to west pack when I stayed close to the actual West Pack Lifestyle centre. Recently I've had experiences at other west packs that made me a real Karen. You advertise specials but out of 3 shops neither of those shops have the items. Today I decided to go to west pack again due to this R50 off voucher. I needed few things but need to save money as well. Win win right? NOT!! I got at the shop my app says its the wrong password. Forget password not working. Manager suggested I register again.. Now there is only 1 till open and 3 people behind me. I'm holding the whole line up because I really needed this discount. Register and it doesn't want to proceed. The manager sees the line is pilling up but doesn't request another till to be opened. Now I'm standing there looking like an asshole holding up a the line for R50 (that's alot of money for someone that needs it) I have to look through each aisle to look for someone that works there. At the last aisle I find 3 workers chatting and playing around. I ask for the product i'm looking for because I can't find it. No stock. I ask if another store can be phoned to check stock. He comes back saying I'll let me know and disappears. He's not even at the info desk where they make calls. I walk through the aisle 3 times waiting for feedback. Eventually went to pay for the stuff I have. I told a lady that was in front i'm waiting for feedback regarding a call. NO ONE at info desk knows what i'm talking about. She then phones, no stock. Keep in mind this is a item you had on sale last month and even then (just when the add came out) there was also no stock at 2 shops. I ask the lady to phone a second shop, no stock. By this time the guy that was suppose to help me comes to say someone is phoning now! Like ***!!! I am so mad. There are so many people struggling to get a job and then you have people like this that don't give a F**** about their jobs.. Now I'm already home and furious so I take out the mop I brought that you have on special. What a bunch of plastic waste!! I have about 5 pinch marks on my hand where the top of the handle clips loose and pinch your hand. The poles doesn't even fit securely and tightly into each other. So every now and then you have to reassemble the poles. When you spin the mop the poles get shorter and then normally longer, these don't. you have to manually changes the length of the pole each time you spin it. YOU KNOW WHAT I ACTUALLY DEMAND SOMEONE TO COME PICK UO THIS PIECE OF SH*T. I got into my car wasted petrol for this junk and now I have to waste petrol again to go to a store that gives me a rush of anger just thinking of the place.
Since I did a query online i have been spamed with phone calls from old mutal aswell as other **** calls. I used my husbands number in the one query and he gets the same calls minutes apart. Today alone I got 2 calls from old mutual today where they just drop the call after I speak. This is getting irritating. I have products at old mutual so can't block the number in case they really need to get ahold of me. If this doesn't stop I'm canceling my products

This morning I phoned customer care, she said that the item that shows delivered is because they have to mark it delivered before they can refund it. Now i get a reply on my mail i sent 4 days ago saying the product was delivered with a tracking screenshot! THIS DOES NOT PROOF IT WAS DELIVERED! and if it was "delivered" it was given to the wrong person which makro should take responsibility for. Please supply the exact time this parcel was delivered so I can get camera footage of the gate (this cost a admin fee to get which makro will be liable for). I spoke on the phone to Jabulile Khumalo at exactly 9:34 on the 10th to request a refund on ALL items that was outstanding. So if this was actioned the so called Delivery 2 nonsense would have not happened. Don't even bother phoning the number below.
I brought a Huawei phone from Vodacom. At the store there were a Huawei employee that told met that Huawei does not have google play services but supports google products. I've logged a few queries regarding the disappointment I have in this phone. Some apps I can only log in via google, this pathetic phone can't even log in that way. My main WORK called app 3cx, does not ring because it uses google notifications. And of course the app does not support that. Today I cant even use google sheets through quick app center because the browser is not supportive, this was my main question WHEN BUYING THE PHONE BECAUSE ALL MY WORK IS GOOGLE OFFICE RELATED. I AM TIRED OF THIS. I demand Huawei to cancel my contract with Vodacom and pay back the fee I had to pay to take the phone so I can get me a phone that actually WORKS!!!! Phoned Huawei customer care and they said I have to speak to Vodacom. It's not a Vodacom issue!!!
Brought a phone from you guys and got it last week Friday, but there is damage to the phone. Back camera with flash gives bad images. The screen also isn't in good condition. Your WhatsApp and Facebook chat is ridiculous. I can't call due to no airtime. My partner called you guys and asked that you call me directly, but they had excuses and said they cant. . I'm giving you guys 2 days to prove yourself and fix this, after that I'll be going to more social media sites.
I brought a Bennett Read vacuum from Makro while ago, I have 2 cats and was advised its good for pet hairs. it worked great on tiles but I recently got carpets and the vacuum hardly picks up any of the cat hair.
