Aerocom business fibre. Our connection was down for more than 48 hours. Very poor communication from them - we had to follow up continuously.

Canceled Vox fibre service to move to another ISP. But Vox have not sent a cancel instruction to Vumatel and so the new ISP is not able to install on the date of Vox termination. Avoid Vox at all costs!
Problem with new order. Their website query system does not work so you are forced to use the call centre number. This does NOT get answered. Tried 4x.. on hold each time for over 10min. Appalling service. Do not use MWeb.
Cancelled service on 1Mar19. Suddenly get a charge to my account for a router for R1100. No call or communication. Turns out the new tenant has a deal with Vox and is using the router they have just charged me for! After many emails to Vox I can't get a credit and now they say I didn't cancel my account! Avoid this service provider at all cost!
Great service. Competitive rates. Quick replies to emails and they arrived on time every time. Good systems knowledge and friendly staff.
My credit card was billed twice for an order and after many emails to takealot, including proof of the double billing I still can't get this resolved! Order 64232773. Poor after sales service!
Placed a large order in store - was told this needed to be done online. Order was entered ( ********** 09934) and I was asked to queue to pay. Order confirmation arrived in my email a minute later. Cashier could not locate the order. After waiting 15min they could still not locate my order and asked me to cancel it and place a new order and maybe it would work the 2nd time! What a waste of time. Mr Price - get your systems sorted out!
Cancelled account - asked to end 28 Feb. Vox disconnected me on 1 Feb by mistake. Call center understaffed and it took over 3 hours of constant calling to get through. Accounts say it is not disconnected and technical says it is disconnected. Accounts said they would call me back.. I am still waiting.. Bottom line.. do not deal with Vox!
They didn't pitch for an install on 5 June. Now the installer says he needs to get a permit from the council to install the box.. I need to now wait until next week. What a bunch of unprofessional people!
