I have been a customer for many years now On the 1st of October 2021, I bought Rack ends for a corolla Quest 2016 model with a sample. I was supplied wrong part, I returned the wrong rack ends and I was charged 20% handling fee. Firstly Bumper to Bumper is acting out of the Consumer right protection act Secondly thier staff needs seriously serious customer service schooling Thirdly, i need my money back... Bumper to bumper milking poor citizens of thier right to return goods with full refund but its totally opposite with them. RFC guy was so rude and arrogant...
Bought my Corolla quest 2016. Year later the battery wasn't performing well, I bought a new battery at the dealership Mcathy Bruma, 2018 mid Year the battery couldn't perform. Corolla quest battery is too small for the car and we reaped off time again. I recent went to the dealer again I was told they can't find the info of exchange.. Seriously.
I have been grossly lost 40% of my business due to telkom delisting my potted number from their network. I have called telkom almost 24hrs but no help.
Last November they installed my car with their device, their tacker didn't work,they sent another technician 2 months to fix it, stii not working. I have paid the monthly service from day one for the tracker not working. I want to cancel the "so called contract" and I want all my premiums back
Telkom please send my data for my contract I have paid for but I never used to all 5 devices. If you can't send my data plz pass credit to my account account since there was NO service rendered from your side.
I am utterly disappointed at the service I have received from Telkom. I have held my end of the bargain but my sim cards are still suspended and yet I have made payment a week ago. Every time I go to the call centre I'm being told different stories and in store they cannot assist in activating my accounts. I'm so dissatisfied and really a company like telkom takes 2 weeks to activate paid contract and I lossing money everyday. My account ********** 55 and I have paid R3 789.00. Honestly if this is how Telkom mobile treat all their customers,then i won't renew my contract. I have a business to run. Plz unblock all my mobile numbers.
