Good evening, Please be aware when you make purchases at Rochester, we bought a Kingsize bed from them about 1-2 months ago, paid cash as well. The mattress has sunk in the middle & we have been trying with no success to get them to pick up the bed & refund our money back. The Woodmead branch is where it was purchased from & the staff don't care one bit that this bed is not what was paid for. A 6weeks old baby has been sleeping on that mattress since birth & that is not good for her posture as she sleeps in the middle. You are my last resort in getting this issue resolved once & for all. Thank you
I went to Typo & wanted to purchase a Journal as a Christmas, was told that I could have it engraved for free with 8 letters & anything after that I would have to pay for. Waited in a long queue to pay only to be told by the cashier that the engraving will only be done after 2 hrs because customers had left the books & would have back to collect them. If the company is offering a service it should be managed appropriately, I understand that it takes time but don't offer a service if you cannot meet the volume, that's extremely frustrating, I left my purchase & walked the store after spending at least 1/2 hr there
I am struggling to get my refund for accomodation reservation due to Covid 19. I was supposed to have received my refund in March 2020, after many phone calls & emails back & forth with no response. The refund was agreed upon with the front desk supervisor/manageress, this is so unfair because the cancellation was due to something beyond my control & I'm being given the run around. My next step would be to lodge a complaint with the Tourism Board of SA & Consumer Watch Ombudsmen. This kind of behaviour from a reputable hotel group like the Radisson is unacceptable.
Further to my posting my concern on your platform I received in the post today a voucher for R80.00 from Simba. Was not even offered the courtesy of a phone call. In the letter they state that they have conducted test on the object that was found & the result was inconclusive, how appropriate is that. I know for a fact that was a piece of dried biltong & if their test did not reveal that then they must stop using outdated testing equipment & invest in the latest & more modern technology that is avaliable. I will be sending their R80.00 voucher back, I have no use for it. Beena
I bought a packet of their biltong flavoured chips in May this year, when it was opened and about half the packet was eaten we found something very strange in there, it looked like a chunk of biltong, I called their customer care center & arrangements were made to fetch the packet from me provided it was in it's original packaging, it was. The courier company only got back to me a week later & that was after my second call. I received a reference# from the agent, since then I have not received a single call back or any correspondence from Simba regarding the complaint. Cannot believe a big company like Simba doesn't care about their image or brand My next step is social media, let's see what other consumers of their products have to say.
Pick n Pay Clothing has still not contacted me in response to my post, someone from there replied a while back & said they were looking into it & will get back to me, won't hold my breath in case I die. Pathetic Pick & Pay service for us the consumer who helped them get to where they are.
Pick n pay clothing in Mall Of Africa is totally dishonest, I bought 2 dresses from there, one if them being white of colour had changed colour at the shoulders & the bottom, at 1st I was told it would be changed & then a lady came iut fron the back of the store & told me that the area manager so no they will not change, I was so upset that I left the 2 dresses there & told them that they can have it for mahala, the 200.00 is not going to make me rich. I see that they don't respond to review's it dies not matter, thought I will post this anyway. Going to post this on every social medis that I can & will also send a comnent to our local radio station. I am a pensioner & if this is the way we are treated then Pick n Pay clothing will never get business from, my family & friends again.
Discovery Health is really showing that they don't care for their clients wellbeing at all judging from my experience. My medical cover lapsed because of their inefficiency & lack of commitment, I am still trying to get cover from them all because if I go elsewhere I'll be penalized. I have been trying since April 2018 to resolve this but it seems as if I'm hitting a dead end with nothing to show for my long conversations with them. My best bet now is to take this up with the ombudsmen to resolve. I think it's time we took these big companies down a peg or two & show them we deserve better than what we are receiving from their so called service departments. Discovery your service is questionable.
