Very unprofessional manner in which my account was handled. I was embarrassed by telling me my account is in arrears after knowing that i settled my acc. And not one, but twice. 1st incident was 12 May when i went to Game to buy on my acc and i could not due to an outstanding amount, i let them know my account was settled so they said they will send a request to admin dpt to fix that error. I went now the 5June and the same arrears came up, so no one did anything to fix my account. I cannot even to begin to explain my embarrassment and frustration. The fact that customer satisfaction is not a priority is annoying. I made a big noise tell them that I settled my account in January already and they must make sure it is fixed. Eventually it was fixed and all I get it a sorry ma’m. Very very angry still.
