Drove 1000km to collect a vehicle, vehicle was kept from me until I had signed contracts. They kept saying that the vehicle was being cleaned, but in fact they were busy repairing and touching up damage. Vehicle was not inspected properly, I found unspecified damage on the roof, the vehicle advertised had completely different tyres from the vehicle I agreed to purchase on the advert. Bad vibration, wheel alignment issues.
My frustration with Capitec continues, after eventually getting a letter to confirm that my Access Facility was paid up and CLOSED. They used the wrong account number in the letter. Now its another waste of 2 days!!!! So frustrating.
Paid up and closed my Access Facility, bank refuses to give me a letter to confirm that the access facility has been closed!!! I need proof that the facility is closed and no longer available.
Good luck upgrading your cell or taking out a new contract. I app**** in branch and they approve my contract. They inform me that its approved, and I start signing paperwork. Then at some stage the process is stopped as their system refers it for credit vetting...really??? 2 days later I still dont have an answer, in todays modern world. Just close down Telkom and get it over with.
Unable to update our Quickbooks bank transactions because Capitec no longer works with Quickbooks. All other banks work with QB, why does Capitec not work. Our business at this point is stranded, unable to do vat returns or anything else. Capitec blames QB, yet all other banks work with QB. You are effectively closing my business at this point Capitec!!!
Almost impossible to get support, we have not been able to upload banking transactions since February. They refuse to comply with our bank's security protocols. We have almost no use for this software, as it just doesn't work.
I had a complaint with regards to not being able to update our Quickbooks software with bank transactions. Thokozani and Corne assisted and explained that the issue was not with the bank. Great to have such a quick turnaround and get trained knowledgeable people that are willing and able to assist. Thank you Thokozani and Corne.
We have not been able to log in to the bank and update our Quickbooks for a number of months now. Its a huge struggle!!!
I am so sick of this bank, never missed a payment but you are showing my access facility as in arrears. Its not even month end, besides there is money in my account just take your debit order.
They do whatever they want, they just took a debit order from my account 16 days earlier than normal. If there is money, they just take without your prior consent, how is this allowed?? I have never missed a single payment, yet this is how I get treated. Time to move my accounts.
