Drove 1000km to collect a vehicle, vehicle was kept from me until I had signed contracts. They kept saying that the vehicle was being cleaned, but in fact they were busy repairing and touching up damage. Vehicle was not inspected properly, I found unspecified damage on the roof, the vehicle advertised had completely different tyres from the vehicle I agreed to purchase on the advert. Bad vibration, wheel alignment issues.

The Sales staff and supporting staff at Hyundai PMB were an absolute pleasure to work with! Our enquiry was responded to within hours! The whole experience was bliss, as we were guided through each step by Mbuso Ndawonde , who not only carried out our requests timeously and efficiently but he did so with a smile and absolute charisma ! We were also well supported by the Sales manager, Nkanyiso, who was ever so ready to do whatever he could to make this process as seamless and enjoyable as possible ! This is my second purchase from hyundai and I would definitely go for a third, as long as I am guided by Mbuso and and Nkanyiso!

Good day, On the 19th of October 2023 I purchased a Hyundai i20 fluid 1.2. Firstly Hyundai put all the wrong information on my paper work, my address was based on Durban, KZN... They spelt my name wrong, they had the wrong phone number on the paper work. I further complained about the vehicle. I kept calling the branch and complaining about the vehicle, for help, no help was received over the phone they kept tell me we can't get a booking. I went to the branch in April they just briefly looked at the vehicle did not do anything, took it back on the 6th of May 2024, explained that I had called and been there and these were the issues. When opening and closing the windows, the doors move, the gears don't just go into reverse, the water pump to clean the front wind screen was not working, the wood lining was lose, the doors don't close properly especially the boot. We had spoken to the dealer principal, he sent us to the work shop where we spoke to Collin Everton. Explained to both of them that these are possible factory faults. They managed to fix the water pump, everything else is still the same! Recently my car started making a big noise on the right side infront and when I took it in they said they can't book it in I must wait, eventually they took it and now are keeping it and they are not sure what the problem is... I had previously had the noise listened to by a mechanic and he said it is possibly the cv joint Hyundai is now currently waiting for another vehicle to repair my vehicle. I have not been given a courtesy vehicle and they informed me that I am welcome to take my car which is currently broken and use it in the mean time until they can get another car to repair my vehicle. Today I went to the dealership, the regional manager Mark Torince was there and refused to speak to us, told us there is some process to speak to him and yet he was there. Hyundai has been of zero help and I have had enough now. This car is only a year old and it now must be going for major repairs when I stated that these are serious factory faults. I no long want this vehicle to be returned to me, because once it gets repaired how many more repairs will it need. Hyundai needs to either reimburse me for the installatments I have currently paid...or provide me with a new vehicle! They will not even give me a courtesy vehicle or a timeline on when my vehicle will be repaired.

I'm really not happy with the service I got from Nkanyiso at Hyundai pmb. I went to collect my car today, the car was not ready had to wait for 2hours for them to prepare. Nkanyiso was rude, not helping, not even apologising. He treated me like a stranger. They promised me cash back which I never received. I'm very disappointed and still hurting
