Have been waiting 3 weeks for a line fault to be attended to. They schedule a date and then nothing happens! And with no other option to go with we are stuck with Openserve and just have to wait for a miracle one day...
Top notch service. Struggled with Vodacom Fibre for months. Level-7 sorted a whole new installation out within 4 days
The service was so bad, after struggling for months to get the fibre installed and working we cancelled the application and went to Level-7. Never did we receive an LTE router or even got contacted for an update on the situation. Level-7 got the installation sorted and fibre up and running within 4 days.
Been with Syntix for a year now and haven't had any issues. The line is consistent, the service is great, but most important is we don't have any downtime.
