We have recently relocated (same town, different suburb), after I have given Supersonic a month notice, it took 2 weeks for them to have the fibre installed. It took another week for the new router to be delivered. Now after another another week of numerous calls to the call centre, complaints on twitter and Facebook (even after the CEO himself promised to follow up we still get the same message "Your order has been escalated to Vumatel, I will request coordinater to contact you with feedback".
We have been renting property from Just Property Richards-bay since 1 December. The jacuzzi doesn't work, the motorized gate trips the power when it rains, the newly installed air-conditioning unit trips the power. It has been almost 3 months now and all we get are excuses and promises from the agent.

I have to have my vehicle repaired at Top Car panelbeaters Kuruman, they are the service provider for Miway. Thus far it has been a nightmare, and my car isn't at the workshop yet. Their employees are rude and not helpfull at all. We live in Kathu so I have to phone to get all the info I need. I have been told by one lady that she has too much work and cannot help me. Others told me they will phone me back which doesn't happen. Consultants at Miway just say they are sorry. I am at a loss, never had I seen such pathetic incompetency.
