My issue is with Capitec bank card system and the BAD LOW quality of your bank cards Let me explain: Every year I have to replace my bank card 4-5 times due to malfunctioning at ONLY the Capitec ATM's , it will work fine with ANY other bank and paypoint in the shops BUT it stops reading the bank card ONLY at the Capitec ATM's. NO other bank has this problem with their bank cards (debit or credit) at all. So why ONLY with Capitec's bank cards? According to Google Capitec has over 24 mil clients , so I an definitely sure that I am not the only client as my wife and a few friends experience the same problems , so at R75 a pop I can only imagine the income for Capitec , lets say out of the 24 million about 2 million has to replace cards a year that is a staggering R150 000 000 per year income Is the cards designed intentionally like that to give problems so that it must be replaced every couple of months or is it just bad quality? I would realy like to be informed why it is only with Capitec bank that we experience this?
I have been dealing with Group 1 since 2016, from the Knysna branch where I have bought 5 vehicles since then, my salesman Nico gave me excellent service with every vehicle that I purchased on finance, quick efficient every time, not even to mention my cash vehicles that I bought from Group 1 Knysna as well as their George branch, any small issues I had was sorted out basically immediately and without any hassles, not even to mention the service department and aftersales that I received from Twanneke and her ever faithful team that makes buying a vehicle from Group 1 nothing but a pleasure!!! From just services to any other problems Twanneke made sure I got a timely booking to bring in my vehicles in for service or anything else and they made sure that I receive a good clean vehicle back, time permitted. The workshops and aftersales from Group 1 receives a 10 out of 10 from this customer! All I can say is "Keep up the excellent service guys"!!! This will defenately not be the last vehicle that I buy from Group 1.
WoW!!! tHE BADEST OF THE BAD service from what is supposed to be one of the best courier companies in SA, Shrugging their shoulders when confonted with over 20k worth of broken equipment with a shoulder shrug and "sorry we do not cover breakages and loss, its all on you as the customer" , again DOUBLE WoW! When we aproached our local Courier Guy in Knysna to find out if they could transport our VERY fragile solar equipment to us we got "NO PROBLEM" , not even once were mentioned that we will be responsible for breakages or loss, the are quick to say "we can do it , no problem" , but forget to tell you to insure because it is fragile , we even received messages from the supplier complaing how the equipment was forced into already overful vehicles. They refuse to claim from their liability insurance , we are just left stranded, whish I had a look on Helopeter BEFORE we used them as I see that there is 2 thirds complaints about this supposed resposible courier company
WoW!!! Even after buying 3 vehicles on finance and numerous cash vehicles , I still receive better and better service everytime, I took my ever faithful iX35 In for a service and I received such welcome and great treatment from the service manager Tommy , Twanneke and Lyndall. Even my sales man Nico came up to chat with me even after 3 years driving my iX35 to make sure I am still happy with my purchase and to show me some some newer models that they got in, just in case I want to change my mind on an upgrade to a newer model. Thanks guys for such great service and great hospitality. They will defenately see mee in the future again!
