Constantly ignoring to call to resolve insurance they have added, after proof was given on multiple occasions. I don't understand how a company can charge additional vehicle insurance without any concent. I should start sending out random emails stating that payments will be diverted until further notice. I'm sure this is an ******* practice.

I am still battling to understand Motor Happy and MFC adding insurance to our vehicle without consent. I have requested a copy of the insurance agreement as well as my consent to have it added to my policy and I am yet to receive any feedback. The only feedback I have is that I need to prove my vehicle is insured. Is this legal practice to add insurance without consent? I see that I am not the only one as well going through these stressful pain points. Love to know how long re-imbur*****t will take as well.
Cancelled Voice line 8th February 2018, received another bill June 2018. All documents have been sent and email response has been received, followed up a month later and received the same repsonse from cancellations. No Feedback, Answers or Credit received. Tired of calling in and going to stores.
