OSA was submitted by the system

On Thursday 15 may while I was writing Management Account, The system was very slow, While I was busy writing ,I just received a pop up pdf says your Assessment has been successfully submitted. I did not submit and I still had 1 hour to complete with other questions, When I call for assistance I was told that they cannot help me, I never submitted my OSA the system did. They are not fair at all. All they think of is that I will repeat the paper then they will make money.

Pep cell phone that I can't use

I bought a Telkom phone that is locked to Telkom service provider. I was not aware that it was not a work area. I tried to return it and was told that I could not return it. I had paid R749 using my Pep card around the 4th or 5th June. My daughter tried to return it to the store, and the manager recognized that I had purchased that phone. The major's phone is locked to Telekom and does work in my area of residence which is useless to me. I am appealing that this must be swapped to a different phone not locked to a specific network.

USELESS MTN

In mid may I have received a call from mtn consultant there were offering me a sim card for data ,I took up the deal without being told that I cannot use the sim card on the phone,I tried to use the sim card I receive emails saying my phone is not compatible with the sim card. I call mtn to inquire I was told that the sim card can only work in a router,I went to buy a router when I insert my sim carrmd is still not working in the router,I went to mtn store they told me that I need to call Online activation ,I called them abd they said the sim is now activated and Ricaed,when I try to connect the sim is still not working ,When i call again no one knew what could be a problem until today I called again the lady said there were some restriction on my sim she is going to remove it,She did remove it the sim card connect for one hour and disconnect again,I have to call mtn again the guy who was assisting say you are using the wrong router,The sim card can only work in specific router How I am gonna know that because even the sales person never tell me about the router issue,If he raised the issue I would've bought together with the router,Now they said I need to buy another router imaging I am not happy about the service I have received from MTN Since sim card was delivered in may toda is the 25 june It's still not working and I have to pay the installment?Never Its possible that i can buy another router and sim wont work So I would like to cancel this contract without any penalties because,You never provide the service to me

Vodacom account

I had a cotract with vodacom that ended in july 2020,I am receving emails and calls from laywers who are saying I am still owing vodacom ,When i ask about the proof that shows I owe vodacom they said I need to contact vodacom they will tell,when I call them no one is assisting they are sending me back and fourth,I want to know what happen because the last statement from vodacom I was up to date

Cancellation fee not disclosed

I am not happy at all,i am no longer working i have contract for data and airtime i wanted to cancel it , i am told that i have to pay R1958 its a cancelation fee,i was not told about that fee if it was disclosed to me i would never agree to upgrade it,R1958 for what? I dont owe them
