purchased prepaid electricity on 14/06/2018 and never received my refund or my token the case was escalated numerous times and no one bothered to contact me, i am the one who must always call in until 28/06/2018 i spoke to Antoinette and she said my query was closed and resolved but i have not received my refund or electricity token(Ref.511256) called again today 04/07/2018 twice and for some reason call just cuts whenever the receive the reference i give them.
