Their after sale service is poor....very poor. Its extremely frustrating to get response from Oneplan PET Insurance ....they just don't respond! I canceled the policy within the 7 day cooling period because I found my budget wasn't adequate just yet to continue. After I canceled, they still went ahead and deducted R355 from my debit account (amount should've only been R169). They now won't refund the full amount, and will only refund R58...which I'm still waiting for. DON'T DEAL WITH ONEPLAN PET INSURANCE!

I was contacted by vodacom to sign up for a new 24 contract.. A 5gig router for R179pm. I accepted with the assurance that I could cancel the contract within 14 days. Router was received by me on the 8th June 2018.I phoned them on 12 June to cancel the contract. The router was collected from me on the 14th June. On that same day Vodacom debits my account with R235.08! Firstly.. my debit orders are scheduled for 29th of every month. Secondly... the contract I cancelled was for the amount of R179pm. How /who authorised Vodacom to "steal" R235.08 from me in the middle of the month! After numerous calls, and after speaking to numerous call centre agents, I am told I would have to wait 21 working days before I can be refunded! This is unacceptable VODACOM! You take my money without my permission and now I'm having to wait for you to refund me? I regard this as theft! How dare you access my cheque account without my permission! I want my refund back as quickly as you "stole" it from me!
