Capital debt SA has subjected me under debt review under false pretence.They called me to tell me that they are assist me to reduce interest rates for payment of my account but knowing very well they want to subject me to debt counselling when i m not working.Please capital debt bring back my money u stole my money otherwise i will report *****
I was ****med by capitaldebtsa who subjected me to debt review under false pretence.they took a lot of money from my account .I called the credit regulator but it seemed the matter is not urgent as they said they have a backlog .i don't have money for food every cent was taken by capital debt sa but the matter is treated as normal .they said i must complete a form but i must take note that they have a backlog .who must assist clients to deal with csputaldebtsa since they are a problem indication to many orople
Old mutual refused to debit my policy on the 25th as i have requested at their nearest branch at quagga mall resulting in my policy lapsing which i paid for more than 25 years .when i call to ask them to resuscitate my greenlight policy they now want to give me a quote with medical checks but failing to tell me that i must go for hiv test .they just say medical checks trying to deceive me .later a consultant will ask you health and sensitive information as is she is a doctor .
I was ****med by capital debt sa and they deducted 8136 from my account .The bank accepted the debit order in one day which is not a practice by nedbank .I called the bank they failed to reverse the debit order.I request the bank to close the account with immediate effect
I went to woolworts paled mall at turfloop they refused me to laybye clothes.Their reason is that the system do not allow those items to be on laybye .Thats quite surprising .There is no notice anywhere by woolworts to inform their clients about the fact that there are certain items that shouldn’t be on lay bye .As clients we are not aware of that .I spend my time fitting clothes that I cannot be allowed to laybye?How so?I m so disappointed .I loved this site since childhood .I buy my clothes and food at woolworts .me and my husband have woolworts account for so long .My number is 0848704403.
There is a serious bad customer experience at this store.The till operators take their time while the managers are afraid to reprimand them.seemingly they are friends .Its every year ,the whole year .Becaise it’s the only Shoprite.I was in the store from 12 and now it’s 13h35 I m still in the Que.I will definitely get out of the Que at 3.its so frustrating Thete is no planning .The situation cannot be the same every year .from January to December ..They are taking advantage of this community since they are not hard people .my number is 0848704403 /o847217385.Please help us we are so tired.managers are not managing this store because it’s rural people don’t know their rights .pks
Reference 75734316,case no GFCFS.In 2022 october an amount of about 14000 was *****ulently taken from the account of my husband.After we saw a notification we called the bank on the 22/10/2022.we were told the money was transfered to bonga whom we dont know.A case was opened by Nedbank till today we were not given an update.Instead i was bohered with smas from the bank to my number 0847217385 being threatened to be taken for legal action.I called the bank several times explaining what happened ,but still they want my husband to pay and they continue to send me messages.The bank must please pay him the money they forced him to pay and close the case since they failed to do a proper investigation.instead they want us to pay.My husband ended up opening an account with onother bank and left nedbank which was his bank for his entire life.
I and my husband have a bond with Nedbank .we finished paying the bond but we did not cancel the policy(13143486) for the bond.when i cheked they say it was cancelled last year.I know i was sick fro almost the whole year in and out of hospital till october unable to do things for myself (proof can be provided if needed) but i never requested nedbank to cancel the policy since it covers the policy.They say they send an email but when i checked the email they talk about is not mine or for my husband.Now they want me to have a new policy which is too expensive for me.i want the bank to reinsate the same policy.A policy is a contracct and if i opt out i must do cancellation myself.
I have received a call from Strauss attorneys who are continuously forcing me to make arrangement of payments with them.They allege that they stand on behalf of standardbank but standardbank did not inform me that they are taking my personal information to this attorneys.This attorneys are rude,harsh and bully .How do I talk to a person who has my information while I m not informed.I made arrangement with the bank to pay a particular amount.They called me to. Thank me for the payment and now force me to make a new arrangement with them.If standardbank have refered the information pls let me know .I m tired of being bul**** by this people pls because they want money .I owe the bank not them .
I registerd a business in 2014,I borrowed money from standardbank and constructed rooms for rental .I was advised by Olivia Sedibe to open a business account and i did in 2014.Things went well because she was continuosly communicating with me .Olivia left polokwane and the account was allocated to a banker I m told in loustrichard and till today that banker never contacted me as the nominated person to run the affairs of the account.We had a challenge in the family and we went to standardbank to request removal of our son from the account as a signatory .We were assisted by Phaswana though she was not the banker.In 2021 I started to be sick and most of my transactions were not taken care of .My husband re**** on calls to my phones to fix what needed to be fixed .I continued to be sick were i was admitted nearly every month 2022 and 2023.i started to be better this year and started to work on my business.I app**** for oppoerunities using this account which is linked to my company. Now i got a promise but my account with the bank is inactive.I went to cipro to request activation of my account.I wrote to the bank and by 3hoo today there was no promise. I was later called by Jessie from standardbank in limpopo ,she came with all the strict rules u can think off.Go to cipro before we deal with your account because u see you have been deregistered by cipro.I told her that cipro only need that account to activate me so that i can get this opportunity and the bank will also benefit .I have an income of more than 40000,monthly for rental which i need to go to this account.I called cipro they refered me to the bank,when i go to the bank jessie refer me back to Cipro. i dont know what must i do.Jessie go to an extend of refering me to my accountant who will charge me more .I have budgeted money to paty the penalities for the account to be activated not consultants. If i loose this opportunity i cannot open any business account with standardbank since it is for the rich not us who are still crawling.i thought the bank need customers not the other way round of chasing us away.I have provided all reasons in the email i send to a banker but hey ,i was humiliated.I m with standardbank since i was a student more than 35 years but i m so stressed with the strict rules. when they send me back and forth what must i do?leave standardbank and go to other banks? I was nebver contacted by any banker for more than 7 years or a new banker introducing himself or herself to me .Is that ciustomer care
