We have been trying to resolve our emails which are "MISTERIOUSLY" blocked.(2@medicross.co.za>: Recipient address rejected: medicross.co.za , 1 example. I now found out TELKOM blocks the emails because we are not making use of them as internet provider. Lots of stories all the time. Like a small child who's sweets where taken away. Grow a backbone and start shaping up so people would want to make use of your services or we will take the bit away we still have left with your UNSUPPORTIVE arrogant company!!!
This is a medical billing system and they have delivered such pathetic service. The incompatence level is just rising in there business and the management feels nothing. They think that they are running the market but more similar technology is there and they are going to throw themselves under the bus. We are defenately going to look somewhere else. SAY AWAY
Smooth to sell u something and then when there is no service delivery then there is a bad attitude. PATHETIC. Also they drilled a hole through our wall and there is a hole on the outside now. They did not even pick up the pieces of *****t and brick they drilled out AND did not fix it either. NO AFTER SALE SERVICE
