I had the worste experience with Takealot. I bought a Xbox series x and paid in full when I noticed they canceled my order without informing me. They have not credited my R13k and said I must wait 5 working days. I don't have another 13k lying around to buy another Xbox on black friday special. What an awful experience with takealot. I will NEVER buy from the again.
This was the worste experience ever. First we were promised to have our property sold by her, then she placed a tenant who never paid any rent and too date the illegal tenant is still living in our property. Her service is horrible.
Never use Wilko Kunz Lewende woord / living word video services. I paid R1600.00 for a video with horrible sound and lagging while we attended to my fathers funeral. Even after my complaint to them, no feedback was given. The live stream was horrible and the quality was soooo bad that the online viewers could not hear or see half of the service.
I am very disappointed with Uber eats, In Oct 2021 i lost R489.90 for an order that was cancelled. I already paid with my card when placing the order, never received my refund nor food. In Dec 2021 the exact same thing happened, again i lost R359.70, no refund. When i queried this with them, they informed that the refund will be done, to date no refund, and they now just inform that its too late. I will never use Ubereats again.
Hereby i would like to share the terrable service receiving from MTN Shelly Centre in Shelly beach, KZN. Not only once but every time going to MTN in Shelly centre for assistance with contracts phones from MTN they inform us that they are not able to assist, either they do not know how, or they inform that they cant do anything to assist. We then walked out of MTN store right door next to Vodacom which is not even my service provider, wereby they assist with immediate effect. Obviously we paid extra charges to Vodacom, but atleast they assisted. One of the problems that MTN could not assist with, was to assist with Whats app that could not retrieve or send messages, Vodacom assisted with this after MTN informed us that we will have to buy a new phone for Whats app to work. It was a brand new Samsung Galaxy 7. The other matter was when we received new phones, we did not receive the cables to transfer the details from the old phone to the new phones, whereby MTN informed once again that they do not know how to do this. How is this possible? Once again we went to Vodacom next door, who charged us but atleast it was done. MTN Shelly Centre can not assist with anything, do not go there and never take out a contract and think that they will be able to assist you.
