Firstly. They were full. They took our number down and we waited few minutes. We were 4 people. They seated 6 people that were not on the waiting list before us. When we were seated we ordered our drinks and when we wanted to order our food the 5 food choises that the one girl had to make on the menu were not even in stock. When we got to order that was in stock we had to wait almost 2 hours for our food to be prepared, it was 2 burgers and 2 chicken strips and chips. There was onions in the butter of the chicken strips instead of chicken pieces. When the food eventually came in I asked the one girl would she maybe like some extra chips.... cause the burger was smaller. On what the waiter then eagerly Replayed on no there will not be extra chips. It has been a week now, that I have posted my review on their google review.... and not a manager nor the owner has come back to me... what does that tell me about their management. So no it is a no for me. I am highly disappointed in them.....they must get some new waiters and managers
I ordered two products on the 23 May 2020, Makro online then split my order in to two, the one product would be delivered from Makro vaal and the other one from Makro Strubens Valley, the one from Makro Vaal I did receive, but I am still waiting for the product from strubens Valley, I have emailed them and called the 0860 600 999 number persistently, only to be told it is on follow up, my last call about a week ago, they said my product is still in store awaiting pick up from the DMV, so how long does it takes for the DMV, to pick up my order in Strubens Valey and deliver in Sasolburg, I didn't asked for my order to be split, my child needs this product for his school word on the computer. The tracking order first said packed for the first 4 weeks, after that it jumped to handed to courier and delivered, were I haven't even received it.
Checkers Groot fontein in Sasolburg, Freestate. Today I am fed up with this store, because there prices are never on the right places, and 8 out of the 10 times no prices on some products, like today, `i had to purchase a pot and pan set, the one I was intressted in, like always did not have a price, and when we scaned it, it also wasn`t in the system. We took the Matter to the Admin manager, and told her we wanted discount, because there were no prices on the shelf and it weren't even on their main system. So If I can CALL ON MNR WHITEY BASSON, TO CHECK ON THIS STORE. We would gladly have paid a discount price, but she insisted it is not their problem, that there are not correct prices on the shelf, She wanted us to pay a full price, that she got in their scanner control room. After we said we wil pay half price, I am not satisfied, with this store, there are always pricing problems, sincerely Unhappy customer
