Dear optimi Am writing with such gratitude to one of your employees Raviro Munhumeso Often, we enroll in colleges and find career couches changing colours and giving us bad attitude or not even supporting us through the journey of our study terms I have had the pleasure to interact with Raviro in all seasons of my sons learning life with optimi and ooooh was it not a pleasure to have had her wonderful customer service she is so kind,patient,caring and considerate.she didn't sell us a dream,she helped us and we feel it...she is by far one of the great hiring choice you have made amongst everyone I interacted with in your institution. She really made me feel comfortable to talk and refer my friends and family to learn optimi,with her wonderful morals am more confident with learning through optimi than an actual physical college which is rare considering the state of our country so really she is amazing guys. I would like her manager to know how valuable I think she is...she is just simply the best...she goes the extra mile,never let anything stop her from supporting or even giving feedback no matter good or bad..she has made me feel like my sons learning is as important to her as it is to me. I really appreciate the love,effectiveness and compitency she puts in her work...keep shining Raviro what you do matters.
I am in total shock, so I bought an ellies UPS from makro in February,utilized it for 4months for 2 monitors only 8hours during the day and fast track to November the thing just bips.i then took it back to makro where I bought it and they said they would need to return it back only for ellies to call me today to say their battery last 3months...who pays so much money for this type of ****...I have been ****med because where in their packaging does it say their battery last 3months infact their packaging says their warranty is 12months...it is false advertising and therefore they are ****ming us..who pays over R8k for a UPS that only works 4months...MAKRO is also helping these people **** us its not fair and I want my money
Bonitas is just a money making scheme,my niece who is an orphan is lying here sick to death,they refusing to send membership certificate so she go consult.they requesting a consent form and can even speak to their sister who is 19 on the medical aid...its like they want to save money while my niece us dying...sies medical nxaaa

Hi can I please ask that someone just anyone to make contact with me regarding network issues I have with rain,the network coverage Map says I should be covered but it’s not working..sent several emails to support with no response.its pathetic coz I can’t work
