My tumble drier motor burned. The service to rebuild the motor was very efficient and professional. Delivery will be done via courier ( arranged by them). The price for a rebuild is a ⅓ of a new motor.
I have been doing business with this company for the last 5 years. They have dropped from a 5* to a zero * over that time. The last 3 times that I took my motorbike for repairs has turned to 11 times due to the comebacks. Every time that I took my motorbike in for some fault, it was either not repaired and it had to go back once or twice to get it fixed (every time they claim something else but related went wrong and it will be an extra R 1500 or R 2 000) or something completely different went wrong and it cost R5 000 - R 10 000 to fix. Every time they have to order parts from Japan with a wait of 5-6 weeks. During 2019 my bike was for a total of 18 weeks with them!
We have used Lekkerslaap several times over the past few years. Everytime we were happy to receive affordable accomodation and excellent service.
Excellent service. I bought a pair of gloves that was defective, and it was refunded without any hassle, because they didn't have a replacement in stock.
The greeting at the door was 'You can' t enter with that! ' pointing to my R 4 000 principal safety equipment, my helmet.' You must leave it in the (flimsy) locker outside (the security guard holds the key). Am I now a criminal because I am a Biker? I have shopped at that store for over 10 years without incident. What is the reason? So that they can hold my helmet as ransom WHEN (not if) I steal?
