Discovery Insurance is the most frustrating insurance I've ever came across. Communications from their Claim Department it's absolutely shocking and nightmare. They don't communicate with clients. It's 2 weeks now still waiting for my claim to be approve from them and there's no communication at all. Their lines are always busy and not going through since last week, 17 April 2023. My Car is sitting at HOFBRO for 2 weeks now and they haven't heard from Discovery whether they must repair my CAR or not. My days with AVIS (car rental) are getting finish and nothing has been done yet. WHAT KIND OF A SERVICE IS THIS??? YOU ARE DEDUCTING YOUR MONTHLY PREMIUM EVERY MONTH BUT ITS SOO HARD TO APPROVE MY CLAIM. TOTALLY NONSENSE.
CAR SERVICE LINMEYER IT'S A WORST PLACE TO TKAE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE
This morning I have dropped off my car at the Motor Dealer at around 07h34 for servicing for 120 000 km and my dealer contacted me at around 9h00am saying the Liquid Capital they have rejected my claim. Reason my mileage have exceeded to 134 000 km. And I have tried to explain to them that it was lockdown. I was unable to move around same as the motor dealer were not operating. Below it's my query i've sent to Liquid Capital. Could you kindly state the reason why you can't service my car this morning on the 18th of June 2020? This COVID19 Pandemic (disaster) nobody planned it happened. And we were all in lockdown. How I was supposed to take my car to the Motor Dealer during the Lockdown? I have already e-mailed my Essential Letter from Employer with a fully explanatory and the email I have sent the letter to is: dinahm@liquidcapital.co.za which i'm still waiting for the reply from your offices. As my car is currently at the Motor Dealer as we speak waiting for your confirmation. It will be unfair if you decide to reject my claim, as you are receiving my money every month. I wait to hear from you as matter of urgency as I need to know what's happening with my car by the dealer now. (I had to follow up at around 3:21 since in the morning waiting for their call (09h00). THEY HAVE A BAD SERVICE I CAN TELL.
GRADE R STATIONERY 2019 There's nothing more frustrating than waiting 4 your order 2 arrive only 2 find out that some items are missing & when u follow up with them they hang up the calls on you not even 2 bother 2 return your call back. Sending several emails not even replying to your emails. And you have placed your order in time, paid in time. What are you supposed do? PARENTS PLEASE DON'T USE VALUEGRO TO ORDER "BACK TO SCHOOL STATIONERY" IT'S PATHETIC...
Bad..bad..bad service....They are so unprofessional....It's a worse company I have ever dealt with before. (I've tried to apply for a personal loan with them and they told me it was successfully and I have forwarded them the necessarily documents. And they said to me I must expect the funds in 48 hrs. Then in 10 minutes I received an sms saying my application has been declined.)..And I've followed up with them and they said it was successfully, the next thing it has been declined.) Seriously that's insane....POOR..POOR...SERVICE
