By far worth every cent to cover my fur babies! The service is too notch, the claims process painless and quick and hassle free. So comforting to know that my doggos are covered for most illnesses and accidents. I recommend Dotsure to anyone that loves theirs pets and only want the best care for them.
I have placed an order in mid November and paid in full in the same time frame. A month went by with no communication from Michealle Gelderblom, who was quick to do a quote and take my money and that is where the service stopped. Whenever I tried to contact her, she wasn't in the office, busy or on leave and this is over the entire month of December and January. I have eventually gotten my products 2 months later after going through different channels. Upon receiving my items after a long wait, 4 plates were broken on top of of it. I have informed Michealle and not a single peep in 2 weeks. I was over charged and not once from their side was a refund offered, so let's add dishonesty to the list. I have never in my life had such shocking service from a supplier. This is how they treat customers that have been repeat clients for years. I will never use this company in my life. Client service and satisfaction is a big fat ZERO
I can not rave enough about this product. My dog is an extremely picky eater and I have gone from Bobtail (which my dog refuses to eat) through to Eukanuba. Dr Hahnz dog food is the winner. She eats a healthy amount and her health is at its best. Her coat is shiny, teeth are healthy and her tummy is excellent. Finally a decent dog food at an affordable price.
LOVE this business. They make sure that you get the best products and know what you're purchasing. They're payment process is quick and effortless. Delivery is on time and spot on and they keep you in the know.
If I could give 0 stars, I would go to minus 5! They lie about making contact with a customer, then it's my address doesn't exist and then it's car troubles. Not ONCE has anyone tried to contact me and if my address doesn't exist, how can the car break down to the address? No one answers their phone and you get sent around in circles and get no clarity. They are incompetent, lazy and disgusting. Do proper route planning and actually communicate with your customers. I consider this theft. Keeping my property for longer than what is needed. I will be laying charges of theft
I joined with momentum through Hippo advisory services, Tennessee Nkosi is the consultant in question, from 01 June to be active 01 July. The broker never canceled my previous medical aid prior to joining momentum and I was charged by both schemes end of June 2020, therefore I am covered by 2 schemes at the same time (this is impossible and considered fraud). Tennessee then advised that he requested from momentum to push my active date to 01 August and to refund my monthly installment for July and I have not yet received anything as of yet. As you can imagine in this time, that I can not afford to pay 2 entities. Due to this error by Hippo, I am now in financial turmoil. Momentum is unaware of anything as well as Fedhealth. They have never had any requests to cancel my sheme or to refund my money. Tennessee has no direct phone numbers, he dies not call back when requested. He does not respond to emails. Thank you for putting me in **** and letting me starve while you sleep sound at night. That you, Tennessee Nkosi, for committing fraud on my name. You are a God damn gem
I have requested a quote late the previous night and completely forgot to complete the application. I have received a call the next day from Meryl Booysen who was extremely helpful in explaining all the finer details and cover as well as assisting in completing my application for insurance for my four legged companion, Kyra.
