I have purchased an Xbox series x on one of mobicreds online stores "blienx gaming" and i have not received it or any refund as yet its been more than a month and mobicred did not refund me and all they say is that "Pls be advised we are still awaiting feedback on your query. Apologies for the delay. we will let you know once we know more." This is completely unacceptable because this store is supposed to be safe to buy from as per mobicred website
I applied for a month to month wifi subscription that was 1000 mbps download and 100 mbps upload speeds then because my speeds was only running about 50 mbps up and down they suggested me to downgrade after i used their services for three months and i accepted the downgrade fee of r250 but then they wanted to charge me a installation fee after with my previous package my installation was free so i was upset about this and refused to pay it because it is unacceptable because its R950 additional fee so then i wanted to cancel my month to month subscription now they want to chare me another additional fee of R2400 for canceling month to month with does not make any sense
I have been billed for two months where the service said it is month to month, and i have only used the services for one month where my bill is over R3000. 00 where i am supposed to only be paying R1500. 00 a month, i will not recommend this service provider to anyone it is very poor and you dont even get what you pay for even after sending proof that you dont get the wifi speeds paid for that is 1000mbps and am experiencing slow speeds of between 50mbps and 100 mbps
A person has driven into my vehicle and his insurer is Oxford claims and legal services, this has happened more than two months ago and my vehicle still has not been repaired or even any progress has been given. For the past teo months they have said that they are awaiting feedback from management.
My monthly debid order has not gone off due to not having the full amount in my bank account and even after making a eft payment they still want to deduct the amount that i have already paid and their customer care is just pathetic because i have sent about 10 emails regarding what has happened

Precisely a month ago i sighned up for a 5 mbps uncapped wifi and that was stated only R500.00 will be deducted from my acount every month and R 1400.00 was deducted . their phones are bussy and holded for 30 mi n and i finnaly got them they did not resolve my problem
