I bought a BodyGlove Tempered Glass Screenguard for R399 on the 09October 2020 and was told that I have a 12 months warranty in cass of a damage .On the 4th December 2020 ,I went to the shop and was told that it cannot be replaced as it had cracked...What does the warranty entails...I was told that it's going to be the shop loss as the supplier will not take it back as it was cracked. I need the screenguard to be replaced
I placed an order at Debonairs Magalies View in Rustenburg.The order was placed at 7.13pm and the pizza was only delivered at 8.40pm. This is totally unacceptable ?.Is less than 5km from my place
My account was suspended and handed over to an external debt collection agencies and it was never in arrears(which was confirmed by 3 account disputes call center staff). I was told that because it was a system error, it should be rectified in 5 hours(I made a call at 4.55pm on the 31 January 2019 and today at 08.43 01 Feb 2019 my account is still suspended). To make matters worse the account was suspended the same day as my debit order date (31st January 2019, which was successfully collected ). This is totally unacceptable

I am one of the tenants at the Rustenburg Prosperator, recently access to the building has been limited from 8 am to 5 pm weekdays and we were requested to return the keys to the building. I requested to be granted flexible working hours which has been declined. My business has grown to accommodate more clients after business hours, and technical matters and/or issues like the time frame of operations of business must not be a stumbling block to allow companies to expand its operating hours to accommodate clients who request to be accommodated at their convenient time. Refusing flexible working hours and access to the building is a complete contrast to the fulfillment of Raizcorp mission statement.
The only Telkom shop in the whole of Rustenburg(WaterfallMall) has been closed for renovations for weeks.I am the small business owner and my router has been completely off, the past weeks, which means I cannot work. When I called the call center, I was told that, I must drive to Krugersdorp(Key West Mall) or Pretoria, because its a device fault and can only be assisted at the Telkom Shop. How can a massive company like Telkom, cannot make alternative arrangements for clients when they renovating their only store.Do I have to wait for another couple of weeks before I can have this fixed...
