Telkom and Istore poor service
Am so disappointed with IStore Pavillion Mall.. I went there to apply for a phone which was going to be with Telkom we app**** everything went through got approved but when it was time to give the phone I was told it's on hold with Telkom so unfortunately they can't release the phone of which that was yesterday 11-07-2025 my birthday😒 that time I waited for almost 4 hours then the pady told me to come back today surely it will be released by thn.. Guess what I went today they're still telling same story it's on hold with Telkom they can't do anything until it is released from them.. Went to Telkom so disappointing that lady was rude and didn't assist at all ended up canceling the, whole thing am so disappointed with IStore and Telkom Pavillion Mall...

Never again you request a call from them they call you after 5days wanted to cancel my contract with them... Had to hold for almost an hour for them to assist me now I have to pay for data and voice bundles i do not need gaarh and those colored ladies they are so rude.... Never again and train your stuff well😡😡😡

Cancelled orders but money was taken
I'm so disappointed with you guys and your call center ladies are so rude. I place an order on Thursday it was delivered today only to find out only one item was delivered the rest was cancelled by your system ayy this is so disappointing and unpleasant because money was taken.. I'm never again buying from you ay🚮🚮🚮🚮

Deducted
I called in January to cancel your policy and everything was done but to my surprise money was deducted from my account of which I managed to reverse. Today R850 was deducted from my account again and now I can't reverse it they are telling me about 30 days notice that time I didn't even receive the card I have not even used the ****** policy I need my money
