Exceptional service time and again!
Again I have the pleasure of sharing an amazing customer service experience with this company. Honestly I am in a service industry as well and we all know they make the most difficult customers ever lol. The ladies at Moimooi seem to have no limit to their patience and great attitude toward customers.... At the head of my consistent great service is as usual (lol) the manager Diane but goodness knows all her staff have dealt with me and I only have words of praise for each one!! Last but not least the ladies at the salon whom at this stage get quirky smile when they see me as I'm always i think a source of one challenge or another that they handle wìth buckets full of grace poise and exceptional attitudes ... and everytime Ieave beyond happy with the service and a reaffirmed believe that exceptional service is one of the core pillars in the success of this amazing team and concept spa... I will return month after month, year after year as there is nothing to compete with Moimooi and their team out there! Thank you Ladies Each and everyone of you!!! Keep up the excellent work!! Elinza

SUPER HAPPY CLIENT
I have now held my service contract with Moimooi since October last year, and can happily recommend the service to any busy, on the go , working mom, business women, like myself that try to fit everything into our lives and schedules .. and want to look good doing. I have only had one real issue so far as with any business, around one months account, but again was super happy to have had my issue dealt with in a professional patient and helpful manner! A special recommendation to the Lady assisting me - Diann, I believe she is one of the managers and trust me no "mile" is to much of a extra "mile to go". I hope she and all at Moimooi gets this as she is a true asset and I am one very happy client with the service I received, Thank you Diann and all the lovely staff at Moimooi and Milk & Honey Spa.
