I logged a call for repairs early June 2021 and to date my washing machine is still not been repaired. I have tried to get in touch with AEG to get the necessary information but to no avail. I have never before had such poor service as I have experienced with AEG which is supposed to be a superior brand.
At the beginning of July 2021 I contacted the customer service department to lodge a complaint about the 3M heavy duty pot scourers. The responsible person was not available but I was assured that she would contact me. I sent an via email to indicate that I did not receive a call from that person. The person eventually called and arranged for FedEx to collect 4 (four) sealed packets of this product from my house. I did not hear from 3M. I continually called but was not able to get a proper outcome from them. Today I managed to speak to Fundiswa after having been promised that she would return my call last week. Fundiswa told me that they do not replace the product which I complained about and she said only received one packet from their office and not the four packets which were collected from me. I also requested Thembekile to return the items that were collected from me but she has probably not done anything about that. The one star rating for customer service is to be taken as a compliment as this is non existent at this organization. I would like to state that consumers should not purchase this product as it is not the quality it was previously and is not worth the price. They totally lack customer service.
I made a reservation for dinner at this restaurant. I was advised that the day on which I wished to dine at this particular restaurant that they offered a buffet. I was not told that it offered this every evening. I changed it to Thursday, 7th February, thinking that I would be able to order what was offered on the menu. The fourth person did not pitch and was under the impression that I would be charged for those that were present. We requested the menu but was told by the gentlemen that it was a buffet. We were misled and more importantly we were charged for four persons and not three. The place firstly is overrated and the food was not great to say the least. Very disappointed in being misled and ill informed when I made the reservation. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
On 14 May 2018 a Miway client smashed into my vehicle. I was stationary and was waiting to turn right into Scott Road, Waverley. Both her and I reported the accident to the Norwood police station that morning. I contacted Miway to lodge a claim against their client and am now being told that I need to wait for their client to pay the excess. Alternatively, I can send her a lawyer's letter demanding her to pay for the damages or go to the small claims court. The client knows that she was at fault. So why is Miway not settling my claim. I have been inconvenienced for almost two months and they are unable to tell me when they can finalise my claim. That is if they do so at all.
