MTN home Wifi internet is a ****,they are always increasing price with lower speed
I knew nothing about them before yesterday,I found that the deducted money on my Capitec account and say is repay and I don't remember joining their company or buying any of their products,this company is a ****.
I have joined MTN home network internet last year,up to sofar ,I haven't experienced any problem with ,I am enjoying their best service.
I am using rain network, which is frustrating me since on the 23rd of August 23, I don't have connection,I tried to reach them via support and voicecalk and social media page ,no help from them,today I stayed online for 12 minutes .Their agents didn't pick my call
Since 16 of November up to now I just payed my premium for mahala,I just have to buy data to stay connected, their service is bad
I have no network since 16 November until now, and when i send email they don't respond
My account was handed to them by Edgars and on 24 may 2018 they were supposed to send me a letter of settlement,instead they sent me a reminder that i should pay R59 ,05 which i did,i transferred R60,and after they called me say i ddn't pay and i asked for email to one of the team leaders and manager one of them responded and say she can't trace my account and now they called says i owe R167,this company is a bunch of croocks
