Great Service Again

PAYFLEX BAD SERVICE
Ref 396615. After years of having a payflex a/c I am unable to get access to it. After taking a selfie the message unable to verify appears. Now I'm told under above ref I am not registered with Home Affairs. After 50 years I'm not registered. REALLY. I am 77 years and do not have the slightest intention of changing my book to a card. How will I pay my three remaining instalments. Last time this happened must have sent 3 proof of eft payments. This has driven me crazy

GRATEFUL HELP FROM DOTSURE
Thanks to Lusanda Nhase and Chandrè from Dotsure for their assistance with my second claim last week. My first was for my 14 year old Ritchie and the second for 13 year old Teddy two days apart. I would have had difficult decisions if it wasn't for Dotsure. Thanks you were great

GREAT SERVICE. NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED
I had to put in 2 claims for my elderly dogs. 14 and 15. If I hadn't had insurance with Dotsure I would have had to put them to sleep. The older Ritchie is home "back on his paws" Thanks once again to Chandre and Lusandra for the follow up

GREAT SERVICE DOTSURE
Great service from Chante at Dotsure. So happy that Dotsure have staff like her. Nothing too much trouble. Pet owners must start early with medical insurance on their pets. I started many years ago when my pets were younger. Now I can provide continuous medical care for my older two. Very grateful that my old dog Ritchie could get treatment today. Thanks to Dotsure and Noordheuwel Vets

Dotsure Portal
My 5 star rating goes to Chandre Van Der Heever. After trying to unsuccessfully trying to submit a claim on the portal. Told photo grainy, haven't submitted documents. I even received a message to say my claim had been cancelled. Chandre helped me with one phone call. I'm 77 years and her patience was very touching. Dotsure Chandre saved you a longstanding client on the superior plan. I believe the Dotsure rep also assisted. Thanks to her too

Great Employee at King Price
So impressed with Mampopeng Mashabela. He patiently helped me and explained all I needed to know with the insurance policy that I took from King Price. 76 year old senior citizens can be very trying. I hope King Price live up to my expectations
