FIND A BUSINESS: Shocking company. Placed an order on 7/12/2021 for calendars, paid the money and now the company does not answer their phone calls, whatsapps, emails, facebook messages. We were promised that we would receive our calendars but nothing has been received. I am not the first person to complain about this.
Took my Garmin watch to Trappers as Garmin had informed me that I could take my watch to the nearest Trappers for the repair to be performed on my watch. After roughly 8 weeks, I received my watch back. I had sent my watch in, with the box (plus all bits inside) and a blue strap. I have to eventually go to Trappers to collect my watch, to which Trappers give me the watch only, with a black strap. When we informed Trappers that this was not the correct colour and where is the rest of the box etc, we were informed that that is all! We demanded that it be sent back and when I went today to see the update, because Trappers do not phone to inform us, the watch has not been sent back. This is now 4 weeks later that it has not been sent back! This is pathetic service from Trappers. I have taken another watch to Garmin and within 3 days it was fixed and delivered. DO NOT GO TO TRAPPERS TO GET GOODS DELIVERED!!!!!!!!
Once again ... RAIN is pathetic at customer service. Someone eventually replies to my comments on their Facebook page and I get a reply stating that I must send them my details for them to contact me ... which I do. I sent them on 7 July at around 8pm. It is now the 8th of July nearly 11am and still no contact. I am expecting Fattima to comment on this post saying how she apologies about the issues and then stating that someone will be in contact with me to which no one will ... same old **** from RAIN! Got to love a wonderful company like RAIN!
Beyond pathetic. Some one eventually replied after I complained on Hellopeter and then would you believe it ..... no one actually responded or did anything about my extremely slow internet connection (below 3mbps). Poor customer service and poor connection... Would never recommend.
Absolutely shocking service from RAIN. I have been trying to contact someone from the support and no one ever comes back and I have sent multiple requests to all divisions because of the useless service. I was on an MTN sim in a 4G router (Huawei B525 router) and getting speeds of 25mbps plus, now, I put in the ****py RAIN simcard and get speeds from 0.5mbps to a whole 2mbps. In the same router. I have put it near a window, I have reset it, I have changed the APN. Please, no one, buy a RAIN card, beyond useless! They never reply either.
Axxess, one of the worst service providers available. When trying to open an account online I selected the drop down arrow to which no city was available to which I contacted a useless individual on their customer centre who just simply stated, "Type in Johannesburg" to which I had informed her that it is a drop down arrow and typing was not possible. After 6 attempt of her telling me the same story, I eventually put the phone down on the individual. Contacting Axxess last week Thursday (05/07/2018) we were informed that our SIM would be delivered on Wednesday (11/07/2018). I contacted Axxess and simply received a "the SIM will be delivered between 09h00 and 18h00" After sitting at home until 14h00 with personal errands to attend to, I contacted Axxess and was informed that i should contact RAM. Contacted RAM and turns out the parcel was never handed over by Axxess, so i have spent the entire day sitting at home for nothing. I have been on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get hold of a manager. Axxess, your service sucks!!!!!!!!!
