Very bad service. Called to check if the vet was available and was informed that he was. When I got the the vet I was not informed that the doctor was not in. I eventually asked what the delay was and was only then informed that the doctor was not even there. Was not told this when I arrived. Had already been waiting about 15 minutes. There is no communication from either of the receptionists and not friendly at all. The building inside smells and is dirty. How can they even look after animals if they cannot maintain their premises.
Was quoted a price for shoe repairs and then called a couple of days later and informed that the price was incorrect on the quote and it was now double. Called the owner who was VERY rude as he would not give me a chance to talk and made excuses that the person in the store was a stand in and that she made a mistake. Irrespective if the person was a stand in or not. Employees should know how to operate a computer or given basic training. The owner Morgan Naidoo needs to understand that if he wants to supply a service he must respect his clients and if an incorrect quote is give he has to stick to that price and address it with his staff. One cannot expect the staff to do a good job when the owner does not even take an interest. Beware of SuperKleen at Stoneridge Mall. Do not go there for shoes repairs or dry cleaning. Stoneridge Mall must be made aware of bad shop owners and poor service.
The service supplied by Kaelo is pathetic. The staff do not give informative information when calling them and they never give feedback. Was promised by Dimakatso that she would call me with regards to a claim. She did not bother to call. This company needs to check their principals that they have on their website as they are not keeping to them. No customer values what so ever from Kaelo. Hope that senior management and executives take not of this and do something about it.
