Morgan Naidoo collected my laundry from the accommodation we had to call for a quote they got back to the wrong person I ended up being quoted R975 for 13 kg full service which I didn't want when he brought my laundry I wasn't at the accommodation when I came back I found that some of the clothing was damp I called the hotel staff to witness when he came to collect his money I refused to pay him the full the amount in front of witnesses he got physical with me grabbing my wallet out of my hand he is a rude and a woman abuser

Was quoted a price for shoe repairs and then called a couple of days later and informed that the price was incorrect on the quote and it was now double. Called the owner who was VERY rude as he would not give me a chance to talk and made excuses that the person in the store was a stand in and that she made a mistake. Irrespective if the person was a stand in or not. Employees should know how to operate a computer or given basic training. The owner Morgan Naidoo needs to understand that if he wants to supply a service he must respect his clients and if an incorrect quote is give he has to stick to that price and address it with his staff. One cannot expect the staff to do a good job when the owner does not even take an interest. Beware of SuperKleen at Stoneridge Mall. Do not go there for shoes repairs or dry cleaning. Stoneridge Mall must be made aware of bad shop owners and poor service.

WARNING! Superkleen Edenglen! Absolute Joke! The Staff need to learn how to treat a customer, asked for a quote to clean 3 carpets/rugs (lounge, bedroom and baby room) got told one price, brought carpets in, went to pick them up today and the price has multiplied by 10x ? I questioned the staff member she got another staff member and they stood there and stared with blank looks on their faces! They Didn’t know what to say! Carpets are clean enough but be aware and stay well away from them! Teach you staff customer service guys! Couldn’t believe it! ????

Superkleen - Glen Acres, Kempton Park - S ********** Fikiswa Sobudula : I handed in a garment (a white melton jacket) to be cleaned at this dry cleaners. When I collected my garment from them, it was not cleaned to my satisfaction and when I asked if they could get it clean, the agent only said 'NO'. They still made me pay the full amount R195.00 - I then spoke to the manager who in turn was just as rude and gave no explanation or apologies. I have never experienced such bad service and clearly the people working at this store needs some training on customer relations and 'how to work with people'. I will never use them again and will also tell everybody not to make use of Superkleen at Glen Acres. Very disappointed! Cathy Woest

I handed in a suit for dry-cleaning at Superkleen Kempton Park Branch on Wednesday, 27 September. I was told the suit will be ready by 14:00, Friday, 29 September. I asked 3 times if they are 100 % sure it will be ready by then, since it is for my son's matric farewell that evening (29th) I was reassured thrice. When I arrived at 14:00, the suit was not ready. The driver was apparently on his way from Edenvale and estimated time of arrival 14:15. At 14:30 I requested the assistants to phone the driver to find out his exact location. He put down the phone in the lady's ear... We were supposed to be in Boksburg by 15:00 for the photographs and collection of the car. The suit finally arrived at 15:00, causing us to be an hour behind schedule. They still expected me to pay the invoice of R150... I phoned the owner, a mister Morgan Naidoo and tried to lay a complaint but he just yelled: "I am driving, I can't talk right now. Phone the shop". I send him a sms with details of my complaint. About half an hour later he phoned me and asked if I received the suit I told him yes and tried to proceed to tell him (in a calm, civilised manner) the inconvenience caused, he started yelling again that he had to take his head presser to hospital and put the phone down in my ear. I do understand if emergencies (like taking an employee to hospital) happen, but that is still not an excuse to be so extremely rude to (paying!!!) customers.

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly assist I took my dry clean in at Super kleen In Sunward On the 25 May 2016. There were 3 items and I only got 2 trousers and not my jacket. They kept saying they sent them somewhere for fixing as their shop got burned but my question is how come I got the 2. I demanded to see the jacket even if it's burned because It doesn't make sense to have one burned and not the other 2. I have been going to the shop with no luck. Phoning and sending emails with no reply.
