Im currently a stranded customer, MWEB totally gives unfair service. its very hard to get customer service, you hold for 45 minutes and when they finally answer they immidiatley drop the call. now how does one get their service that we pay for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MWEB PLEASE PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS REALLY BAD.
Two more cars were stolen again on Sunday Morning, 2022/08/08 around 4am….this by far is the unsafest complex I have ever seen. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here👎🏽😡
Horrible internet connection, am on day 7 without connection and when I call in im being told theres nothing they can do and have no turn around time. I’m being told technician will call me to this day no has called. This is very pathetic and shows no contingency measures for clients. Its honestly horrible!!!!!! Rain I need connection for my money
TELKOM IS A REAL FRAUD STAR COMPANY OR IS FULL OF FRAUD STARS, I HAD I MONTH TO MONTH WITH THEM AND THEY CUT MY SERVICES LAST YEAR MAY BECAUSE I SKIPPED ONE MONTH AND I THEN ADVISED THEM TO PLEASE CLOSE THE SERVICES AND THAT I AM WILLING TO SETTLE FOR THE AMOUNT I OWED WHICH WAS ONE THOUSAND SOMETHING AT THE TIME, HOWEVER NO ONE WAS WILLING TO HELP ME TO CLOSE IT BECAUSE THEY SAID I HAD TO DO IT ONLINE, WHEN I WENT ONLINE I FOUND THAT I CANT CANCEL THE SERVICES BECAUSE I WAS BLOCKED, AND THEY KEPT ON ADDING FEES, NOW MY QUESTION WAS HOW CAN THEY KEEP ON ADDING FEES WHEN I DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICES, THEY TOLD ME ABOUT SOME CABLE. I THEN ADVISED HERE ON HELLO PETER FOR THEM TO EXPLAIN THE CABLE CHARGES TO ME AND IN ANY CASE I NEVER SIGNED FOR ANY CONTRACT BECAUSE A LOGICAL SENSE WOULD BE THAT, FOR THE MERE FACT THAT I DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICES OR WHATS SO EVER THEREFORE I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR ANY ****. I WAS GIVEN A REF NUMBER PRIVATELY HOPING THAT I WILL GET ASSISTANCE. TODAY THE AMOUNT IS SITTING ON R5K , NO ASSISTANCE NOTHING TELKOM I AM SICK AND TIRED OF YOU SAYING I AM OWING YOU MONEY WHEREAS YOU CUT YOUR SERVICES AND THIS WAS A MONTH TO MONTH SERVICE WHERE I NEVER SIGNED ANY DAMN CONTRACT PLEASE FIX THIS, IM REALLY SICK AND TIRED. YOUR ONLINE SERVICES ARE NOT USER FRIENDLY THEY ARE VERY STUPID AND YOU HAVE CUT YOUR SERVICES BUT STILL CHARGING FOR WHAT!!!!!!!!!!DAMIT
I have been trying to cancel my services with telkom from May, when they suspended my line. But they still are billing every month, and when I try to cancel it online, it just states that it has been suspended but yet they keep on billing me. My complaint is that how do they keep on billing me on the services that i'm not even getting in any case this was not even a contract it was a month to month services. I must say I regret the day I took telkom services. This is fraud because even when I call their call center for assistance they also cannot assist me. I truly don't know what else I should do, but what I know is that I will not pay for something that I'm not even using.
