Really bad service.Staff do not do follow ups and what makes it worse is that they do not have knowledge of the parts they are selling. So pathetic!The only way to get help is to drive all the way to their business premises,and this is not the first time I have had such a bad experience with them.They clearly do not care about their customers at all.Will not be buying any Defy appliances from this time on.
The service is incredibly bad.When I enquired about a part and was told to send an email to receive a proforma invoice,when I did this;my email bounced back and so I had to call again only to be given a different email address.3 Hours later,and I still have not received a reply.When I called, the other person who answered was unprofessional and i kept having to repeat myself,not sure if the phone line is bad or that they just have incompetent staff.When i eventually got through to the person i initially dealt with, she was full of excuses.This is one of many bad experiences with this business.
Yesterday when needing to fill up with fuel at this station,none of the petrol attendants acknowledged that my partner and i had stopped there to fill up.All of them were engrossed in their conversation,not observing that we needed to be helped.I then had o call out to one of them to get our fuel so we can be on our way and go.The very arrogant petrol attendant that walked to us,in a very slow manner without the urgency to help us and this irritated me.We weren't even greeted.This was one of the worst service i ever received at a service station.No acknowledgement,or wanting to be of service and no politeness.This needs to be addressed.
