So disappointed in such a big company known for the right things not in the economy but people's live to have such a corrupt HR/PAYROLL is not only doing things by the law but helping in wrong doings yet knowing very well that is actually a criminal activity, it clearly also says you condone what an individual is doing by not just following what is meant to be done tell me how does this company do with simple instruction by the magistrate to do a garnish as i say you are condoning the behavior of the fellow employer that he should not maintain/support his responsibility which is child and saying it is the right thing. Yes at first it was a long weekend/ holiday but what about now lying saying youve paid the money knowing very well you didn't you cant even provide with proof of payment because you know its all a lie and you are part of the corruption that is happening. The bank cant lie instead they would want the account to have money so they can pay they're interest etc. But you PUMA ENERGY on the other hand has gone beyond even failing to do one single thing so disappointed and i hope those who are part of this get dealt with accordingly. A child is going all hungry no diapers no formula because you are playing all around not doing what you are supposed to do i hope you get to live with yourself to those who are responsible for this

Unfortunately I can't give a negative rating. Puma online store is such a **** show. I tried checking out some items, as I was about to proceed, the entire cart disappeared, everything that was there disappeared off the online store. How do you sell something in someones cart? ***?

I went to a Puma filling station at Ha Matala Maseru, Lesotho on the 15th December and asked for Diesel 50 for R200. About 6 km from the filling station I got an engine malfunction popup alert on the dashboard. Luckily it was a few kilometers from home so I quickly went to stop. The car started cutting the engine sound, I'd switch it on and off a few times but it continued to misfire. The next morning I called a mechanic to have a look and his diagnoses was that there was a problem on the fuel filter. He then asked if I am sure I had filled Diesel or Petrol. I was definitely sure I asked for Diesel but I didn't check to see if indeed the petrol attendant filled my car with diesel or petrol. The mechanic managed to help me start the car and I drove back to the filling station. I spoke to the manager and told him my story and the suspicion that the car was filled with petrol instead of diesel; he asked to see the fuel tank cap to see if it was labelled correctly and it was boldly written Diesel. The manager quickly apologized and said these kind of mistakes happen all the time and they will get a mechanic right away to come drain out all the petrol in the car and check if the injectors were not damaged. Their mechanic arrived in about an 1,5 hours. He had to completely strip the fuel line to drain out all the petrol and this is not a small job. We got there at 9;30am and this was complete at 5;30pm. I was supposed to leave that morning to head back to Gauteng where I live and work, I was to start my shift at 2pm to 10pm. Therefore I lost income of a full 8 hours because of negligence by the filling station. Their mechanic requested 2 liters of diesel to clean out the fuel line system and the filling station manager put R240 worth of fuel in the car. The R40 being the fuel to clean the fuel line and the R200 was my reimbur*****t. I had lost full 8 hours from my job but they could not even fill up my full tank as compensation. I even spoke to the owner of the Puma, Mr Thetsane to ask him for the full tank as I had already lost so much time. He told me that will never happen and I can go sue him if I wanted. The petrol attendants are trained to check the labeling on fuel cap; should the owner of the car insist that the attendant should put in what is not labelled on the cap, the attendant is supposed to get their manage to witness this. In my case, I asked to diesel and my cap was labelled diesel, therefore this was pure negligence that costed me a full day’s worth of money.

Yesterday when needing to fill up with fuel at this station, none of the petrol attendants acknowledged that my partner and i had stopped there to fill up.All of them were engrossed in their conversation, not observing that we needed to be helped.I then had o call out to one of them to get our fuel so we can be on our way and go.The very arrogant petrol attendant that walked to us,in a very slow manner without the urgency to help us and this irritated me.We weren't even greeted. This was one of the worst service i ever received at a service station. No acknowledgement,or wanting to be of service and no politeness. This needs to be addressed.

Puma petrol station in Mayville has the most rude staff ever! So disappointed on their services. Saturday 30th of June 2018, we ordered food and we were given a slip with a total of R24.99 from their kitchen till and when we paid on the other till we were charged an extra R5, when we inquiried why was that happening we were giving attitude and the lady from the kitchen instructed the guy on the till to give us our money back so we can leave, so fearing that our food might be spit on, we took our money and left. I'm never going back there, their staff are very rude and have a bad attitude.
