No sizes!
I've been to Levi's stores for the past 2 months weekly and to my surprise they never have sizes from size 30 going up. I have come to realize that their curvy range is just a front, they never have sizes. I'm so disappointed, they don't cater for curvier women. I asked the guy at the store if they had a size in light coloured jeans and he said no they only end at size 28, I guess only the skinny wear light coloured jeans. If anything I feel Levi's discriminates against slightly larger women. In actual fact a 1 star is not deserved, they deserve no stars!

Poor service
I have been struggling to activate my student card due to the shortcomings of this institution to make certain services online due to the pandemic, no provision has been made to accommodate people who are in different parts of the country where there isn't a Fundi branch nearby. When you try to contact the bloemfontein branch the phone goes straight to voicemail making it very difficult to find a solution.

Poor customer service and communication
Unfortunately I can't give them 0 stars, if it was possible, I would've. My package has been stuck at the airport for a week with no communication from aramex as to why it's there. Had I not called and enquired, my package would've been at the airport for months on end. No apology, no remorse for poor customer service and lack of communication thereof. Aramex? I wouldn't recommend it.

Online **** store
Unfortunately I can't give a negative rating. Puma online store is such a **** show. I tried checking out some items, as I was about to proceed, the entire cart disappeared, everything that was there disappeared off the online store. How do you sell something in someones cart? ***?
