I purchased 2kg of drumsticks Goldi brand from shoprite in kwamhlanga Crossings on Friday. Today I decided to cook and to my surprise when I simmer the meat I noticed small tiny c's in the soup, mind you I have only put curry powder and oil, when I scooped the soup to have a closer look I find tiny worms🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮
DSTV Multichoice is a scam. I'm beyond frustrated. I had two separate packages for years, compact and compact plus I have been paying R1100 for both packages until December 2021 when I decided to keep one package instead of two. I informed DSTV on the 27th that I no longer needed the compact package anymore and the agreed that I would the compact plus and had to pay R728 which I did and everything was fine. January 2022 I made payments on the 23rd a few days I got disconnected, I contacted them and they reconnected me, 2nd time got disconnected they said my payment was not reflecting on their side and asked me to send proof of payment which I did. I got reconnected, then disconnected, they told me I owed money for the package I disconnected in December as on their side was still active, when I asked whose problem was that as I had contacted them on time to cancel that particular package and the manager informed the consultant to tell me that they can't reverse the statement amount, I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that he is busy and would call me back, till this day they never got back to me. I called again spoke to a different consultant who asked me to email proof of payment I did again, still I was not reconnected. The following day I decided to just pay the outstanding amount that was R400.02 after I paid still I my services were disconnected, I called them and sent proof of payment for the R400.02 that's when I got reconnected, today I got disconnected again and I am told that I owe R59!!!! This is ridiculous. Within a period of less than a month I got disconnected multiple times for what I do not understand anymore. This is daylight robbery. I am fed up with their poor customer service.
Uber eats doesn't take their customers seriously, when you complain about the food quality or any other issues and even have supporting pictures, they flatly ignore you. And their drivers are scams too. We got burnt food, we got robbed by their drivers, it's just a disaster. I have lost trust in them and wish not to use their app anymore. They have left a bad taste in my mouth.
I applied for a Telkom home Wi-Fi online as they had a special for R299 for 6 months and thereafter it will be R599 for the remaining 18 months. It was then installed on the 2nd June 2020 then activated on the 3rd June 2020. On the 9th June 2020 I received a bill for R617.81 which was split into two months. First amount of R190. 27 stated from 23 May 2020 to 8 June 2020, second amount R346. 96. I called telkom several times inquiring about the incorrect bill, I even went to a Telkom branch in wonderboom Junction and they could not assist as they do not work with bills and they logged a call back for me. A Telkom consultant did call and I explained everything and they gave me a reference number (28863292). Days went by I never received any feedback back, I have been calling both their customer numbers 10210 and 10213 each time I'm being told to contact the other members and on several occasions when I got through to a consultant the phone always cuts before they tell me a way forward, I'm even suspecting that they cut the calls on purpose, they never call back nor send any form of communication acknowledging my problem. On the 1st of July they debited my account for R617. 81, I reversed it as I signed up for R299 special. They then sent me a message threatening to add debit order rejection fees to my next bill and said I should call Mpho on 0118943823, I called this number immediately upon receipt of the message and it just rang. I called again for the next 4 days no answer. I then called customer care again spoke to another consultant who did say the billing information was incorrect and telkom needed to amend it, call got cut again. I called back spoke to another person who told me she knows nothing about billing and said I must call sales to fix the contract, sales sent me back to call the billing department. On the 9th July 2020 I received another bill for R1489. 52 Again I called telkom, same story. I even downloaded their app which gives errors when you try to login. It's been nothing but a nightmare, Telkom consultants are lazy and not helpful in any way. Their entire system has left a bad taste in my mouth. Now I'm stuck with an incorrect bill with no one willing to help, I feel that telkom deceived me when I signed up for their special and I feel DEFRAUDED by telkom for billing me from May whereas I started using their services in June. Please assist.
I had a loan with wonga and they handed my account to a collections company which I made arrangements with them and settled the account. A day later after the account was settled I started receiving calls from HTN attorneys about the same account I have settled, I then forwarded proof of payment and explained to them that I had already settled with the previous company and that I was surprised by their emails demanding payment. Even so they never stopped with demanding payment, they requested proof of payment again and I sent it. This happened about three times. I then contacted wonga and they acknowledged the payment received and said would update my account on their side. Yet HTN attorneys are a NIGHTMARE!!!!!! They won't stop calling me and I have no business with them.
Puma petrol station in Mayville has the most rude staff ever! So disappointed on their services. Saturday 30th of June 2018, we ordered food and we were given a slip with a total of R24.99 from their kitchen till and when we paid on the other till we were charged an extra R5, when we inquiried why was that happening we were giving attitude and the lady from the kitchen instructed the guy on the till to give us our money back so we can leave, so fearing that our food might be spit on, we took our money and left. I'm never going back there, their staff are very rude and have a bad attitude.
I took a long of R71000 in October 2016, for an instalment of R3121 a month. Paid 10 instalments of 31210. Yet the outstanding balance is R67000. Which means so far only 2000 went to the loan payment and the rest is paid was for interest only! I'm angry because from the consultant I took the loan with failed to explain that I will be paying African Bank for the rest of my life! I'm thinking of stopping the debit order once!
I bought two streetwise 2 meals and four hotwings after receiving bad attitude. They packed everything, which I thought they did, they then took back the slip and gave me the food. When I got to work I realised that they only packed one streetwise meal and hot wings. The other meal was not packed. I called the shop several times and there was no answer.
