So after having great service from a gentleman at Kelfords for buying a second hand car, the after sales are shocking. Things were said that was not true. After a month my car needed a cambelt service after I specifically asked when is it due and was Said not in a long time. It was also said it's a pity the service is so far away otherwise they would have done it. After emails they finally said I can pay R4500 which is still alot having a car just over a month. Finding out the water filter is also gone. The stains reoccur again on the seats and doors. It was said they will clean it again. Never happend. I had to replace the wipers the first month because the first time I had to use them saw they complete worn. I asked if there are other options as this is not how I want to feel having a new car to me. Not only that after a month having the car back from the service I hear a banging sound. Take it back to Kelfords and to my surprise the engine was never fastened after the service. This putting my and my kids lives at danger. Yet again asking for a other car because I don't know what else can be wrong driving a round with a loose engine. A week after getting the car back again the sunglasses holder just pops open, never using it myself and it's broken. Were they hiding it from me. So after about 5 months with no replacement car and problem after problem I don't know what else to do anymore. Worst service ever!
So after paying a deposit of 50% and then another 25% when they came to roof level. This guy took my money and completed a job somewhere else. It has been 3 weeks now trying to get hold of them and every day they say they will be coming tomorrow. Still nothing or no refund after many requests. This guy knows as Carl/Mick Kanyanga is an con artist. Please do not do business with these people. they take your money and disappear. Reg no:2016/150783/07, NHBRC: ********** 644. Here are more info on them. I have his ID number and photos and only option is to go to the police and try my best now to have him locked up. He also has 2 ladies working for him Nicole and Loripher. He advertises on Gumtree as well. PLEASE PLEASE be careful of NHB they do not come and do your work and steal your money!!!!
So after buying 1GB data each month and following the same steps... I see this month it says R100 for 1GB data. Like always I select and push confirm as a normal step to take. When I get a sms saying I purchased 500mb day and 500mb night. I then again go and look and see it says R100 for 1GB data. They have changed the wording to confuse people to send more money over December time as last month this was not the wording on the *111# to buy Data. Monday monring(today I contact Vodacom telling them this is a mistake and I would like to reverse this because it said 1GB which I did not think its 500mb day and 500mb night. They refuse to reverse it and says it cant be done. Why would they change wording no suddenly if it was not to trap clients. My colleague is also angry as this happened to him as well. This is the worse service ever. Also in the middle of the year I had a R7 go off daily on my account fo some or other subscription. This was happening for 3 months. I alwasy wondered why mar airtime goes so quickly. So finally when I had time I phoned Vodacom and them telling me I subscribed to some or other subscription. They spelled me the name(cant remember it now) I googled it and could not even find this name on the internet. Hos is this even possible. Should they not protect their clients with fraud sms coming through. I delete all sms so dont even know how it happened that I subscribed to something like that. So all and all I have just lost so much airtime this year from Vodacom and they are not even willing to correct something as it was them changing wording and trying to catch out people. Absolutely ridiculous service from Vodacom! Told them next year when my contract is over I will cancel with them. The guy with this snotty attitude still refuse to help me says can I give you the cancellation number. No you DONT I have it and why would I cancel now so you just take more money monthly with another NO SERVICE option from you! Horrble servcie VODACOM!!!!!!! Definatly not a customer care line!!!!
Help you so nicely when first applying for your bond but to increase your bond it’s shocking service. Never had someone so rude! Tells me my 7 days limit is reached he can’t wait any longer. I work full time! Specially went in lunch to get docs and then his attitude towards me. Now wants me to do application from start again! Will never tell anyone to use them again after today.
