Renault SA has got to have the worst after sales service ever. My car has been standing at Renault in Kimberley for over two months (since March 20, 2024) awaiting approval on a claim for something the dealership failed to fix in the 2 times I took the car to them, before this instance. They refused me a courtesy car too. Between Lydia Mahlangu (call centre case manager) and Tienie (dealer principal) I have not received any feedback in over 4 weeks. No calls, no mails, absolutely nothing. Highly do not recommend this brand, simply based on these experiences.
Going via courts system to dispute anything on your credit report might be a medieval wat of doing things but seriously guys, experian is not the solution. They do not respond, in fact they'll only send you and automated system generated responses after about a week. Their sites do not work, nor do their phone lines and all I wanna make is a follow up. This is so so wild!!!!
Dear Hello Peter Let me tell you about Vodacom (Pty)Ltd. Vodacom called me up and offered me a data sim card which I opted to take up. Within a few months thereafter the service I received from them deteriorated faster than I could say "bah!" I subsequently was forced to request an early contract cancellation, which they of course refused and so I stopped paying them. They handed me over and I settled the account in March this year. It is now mid July and guess what they still haven't removed the negative account balance from my itc record and it is seriously hindering me. I am now so frustrated, I have called the attorneys (Burnard Raaff & Associates) and they advise that they have instructed Vodacom to update the information a long time ago. The account number is I ********** -8. Sies man you people are victimizing your customer, a customer which has been with Vodacom since I was 12, Imagine I am now now 24, does that mean nothing? Disgusting business conduct. If I did not love Vodacom's as a networkk provider the way I do I would have left long ago.
