I dealt with Keo with regards to my cancellation. What a breath of fresh air. No sales pitches, no ridiculous hoops to jump through, just good old fashioned efficiency, respect for my time and most importantly a super sense of humor. Thank you for making this process so amazingly stress free.
Ordeted airpods for my son early Dec 2019. Paid R2600, but never received either the product or refund after millions of excuses. Opened a case with SAPS but have had no luck. Almost one year later and still no airpods or money.
The sales pitch is very much one of over selling to get clients, but is effectively a bunch of lies. The "state of the art" equipment is plastic rubbish in the cardio section. I CANCELLED AS MY CONTRACT IS UP, AND MY LAST DEBIT ORDER SHOULD HAVE BEEN 1 JAN AS MY CONTRACT ENDS 1 FEB AND FEES ARE IN ADVANCE. OF COURSE THE DEBIT ORDER CAME OFF THIS MORNING. I AM FUMING. PLEASECREFUND MY R928 IMMEDIATELY!
I had absolutely amazing service from Nataly Muller at Outsurance. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in 2016. My vehicle was written off and Outsurance paid out incredibly quickly once all the details were finalised. They have since been fighting to get my excess back from the other party who went through a red robot, and yesterday it was refunded to us. I really appreciate the commitment to their clients. It was such a pleasure dealing with Nataly!
