We won't be back. Pity we only picked it up on the 3rd night we were there. We had the same waiter on days 1 and 3. But all 3 days our bill was loaded. They automatically charge 10% service charge on any bill over R300.00 BUT no mention of this to customers. No signage anywhere stating this. When we spoke to the manager about it, nothing was done so I'm sure they are all involved. When I posted it on Facebook they quickly removed my post. It's not going to be so easy removing this!
We have just spoken to Holiday Club about our reservation for Dolphin View on 24th June. The beaches are a mess and totally unsafe! With more heavy rains on the way. No basic neccessaties like water in the resort. Beaches are closed due to unsafe debris and e coli. And the Holiday Club doesn't think this I a problem! All about money and they don't care that people could get hurt or sick. This is absolutely disgusting how a company doesn't care about the people. As a lifetime Holiday Club member, you'd think they would come to ýsome compromise and assist customers in a case of natural disaster.
So in October last year we upgraded my mom's Cell C contract and asked them to remove Getmore as it doesn't benefit an 81 year old woman on pension. We finally got through to Getmore they said it would be cancelled within 30 days. It's now the end of February and we are still getting charged . I called Getmore yesterday only to be told that my mother gave permission to keep it going. This is after strict instructions from myself to Cell C and Getmore that any communication needs to go through me. I am legally in charge of all my mom's affairs. My contact number is even the primary number. But yet they don't care what you say. They still contacted my 81 year old mother who is not of sound and mine and can't hear on the phone 2 minutes after they 1st call me and I tell the getmore consultant we are NOT interested. This is actually disgusting how Getmore as a company can prey on the elderly. We have the contact to ensure my mom has a phone for emergencies not for a company to exploit.
3 times now in just over a week. Burger King Karaglens reward system has not been working. Then when you get hold of head offece on social media they make empty promises and finally they just ignore you. You would think a company that's been going for as long as Burger King would have things sorted. I guess NOT!
My Vox fibre is down AGAIN. This happens so often. At least twice a week. It's been down for about 8 hours already and this is all I get from them. VOX has reported your fault to the Upstream ISP, please expect feedback within a 72-hour time window. Your ref: VOX....... I unfortunately signed a 2 year contract and have had endless issues and I'm stuck with them for 2 years.
Every few days my fibre line hosted by vox is down. I signed up with a 50meg line and I never get it. Today my up speeds are 1.9megs and up 0.9 why am I paying for a service I'm not getting.
