Bunch of absolute fools.. no service, no feedback, no brains.....
A Total bunch of fools. no feedback, no service, NOTHING. Burst geyser, after several calls to them and 4 days later, still no answer, no feedback NADDA, in the middle of friggin winter!! I personally had to make over 35 calls between plumber, company who apparently had warranty on geyser and insurance company with great promises of "someone will call you back", it has been logged" etc.... to be told on Day 4, sorry, the warranty company doesn't have any geysers in stock and will let us know when they have stock. SERIOUSLY... are you kidding me. After slugging down a packet of Calmettes and washing it down with a glass of wine - which didn't help at all - I totally freaked out and literally told them that if I don't speak to a manger immediately and if a plumber doesn't come out immediately that i would come over there and ...........*beep*beep*beep* Only then did i get to to actually speak to a manger who then sorted it out within 10 minutes. (well, not exactly 10 minutes - but promised plumber will install a new geyser the next day and geyser under warranty will be taken out) Absolutely bizarre. Just waiting for this claim to be finalised and then closing all my insurances with them... Lost four days of productive work, must have used over R800 worth of calls and slugged down all my Calmettes on day, NOT COOL at all.

Amazing Team, Customers always come first
Mark and his team are amazing, customers always come first. They are punctual, always do an amazing job and very well priced for the level of service you get. We have used them for over three years now, never ever one come back on any job they have done for me.
