Bad quantity Samoosa Pur
I purchased 9 times 500g samoosa pur all is cracking and breaking and i have orders for customers. I called them very bad customer service. Emailed them have to investigate. They very ready to blame the store it was purchased from. Ecer is complaining about their product

Awaiting refund for a month now
I purchased a reflexology sandals from takealot only a size 5 was available. Thought 1 size fits all if made in China. It does not fit I logged a return. They then tell me after numerous calks and emails that my return was declined due to break of seal. How do u try something if u can not open the box. Then the next excuse was i stated i chamged my mind, which i did not say at any point. Bow almost a month later they still have the Sandles and my money. No one gets back to you. I will never order from them again. After sales service is appalling

Expired take 5 juice
I purchased 5 times take 5 juices from checkers at Blueberry square on the 3rd Dec. It was marked on special at R10 ea Come home to drink one and see all expired on the 14 Nov 23. How are they allowed to sell expired goods? Im appalled at this.

Disappointed with Takealot
I purchased a defect reflexolgy sandal and size did not fit from the 9th of Nov 23 till date. Takealot is giving me all kinds of stories. Their service is pathetic take our miney very quickly and have every excuse not to refund us back.

Takealot Wont Refund me for a return
I purchased a reflexology Sandals on the 9th Nov 2023.On the app they only had a size 5 so, I thought 1 size fits all. When i recieved it i tried it on too small. I placed it back in box and logged a return. Courier fetched it on the 13th Nov 23.Now 10 days later they say cant get a refund due to box being opened. So how am. I to know if it fits if i dnt open the box. The problem is they selling china stuff and sizes are not S. A sizes. Im very disappointed in takealot as this was my first purchase. Never again will O order from them

Stale food
I bought the R30 quarter chicken meals twice and 3 of them at a time .Chicken is old and tasteless and rolls are hard.Complained but Nandos always does nothing fir their customers .Very dissapointing as we customers give them buidness
