they only have Whatsapp for support - talking to a bot and with each question just another set of options. taking a motor back for warranty - well 3-4 working days unless you pay a premium, and the section is full of returned motors. seems gear boxes are an issue. Try and get spec on a gear box - I cant ! so much for Smart units and Bot replies. would love to just buy from opposition, but they dominate the market - FOR NOW
Break in at my house - second one in two months. today dialed 10111 - 14 times and the call does not go through. had to eventually get to them through 112 Vodacom
the first impression anyone gets calling a company is the welcome and intro. followed by the options, I could not hear any of this well at all. Three different voices one if which sounded like spoken in an empty chamber. Then to make a booking !!! Options are C, Premium, and Saturday Prime. no explanation and no note of the cost. and no appointments available and then no note of "TILL WHEN"
have contacted this business many times and left messages for a particular knife I want to replace. Eventually got a mail that someone would get back to me- to date no response. Don't they want a sale ?????
on the site again to report that I will next complain to Youtube for false advertising. the product does not do anything like what the advert says in fact I viewed it again, and they showed a totally different scope this is purely dishonest and beware don't touch them
I purchased three of these items as presents in March, have had many promises and even a partial refund have not received the goods and the tracking details are bogus. I am now expecting that I have been scammed and will not receive the products. sadly they are still advertising on Youtube. BEWARE !
the website says they close at 5 - I arrive at 4:30 and its closed. i phone the national line - wait 10 minutes the persons says - "I'll check the website " another 3 minutes and then cut off. REALLY !!!!!!!!!
adding to the issue of not getting a vat invoice for purchases. ordering paying and delivery good but NO INVOICE and what about VAT arent they registered / paying it over to SARS ?
around 120 days of intermittent internet and phone, they just cant fix a problem. had to fight for 3 months to get a refund. This company needs to shut down and make room for providers that can give a reliable service.
