On Wed, 05 Jan 2022, NOT EVEN 1 STAR FOR THIS DISGUSTING FILTHY PLACE We arrived on Saturday afternoon with our room not cleaned...bottles everywhere and stinking of alcohol unit 31 They then moved us to unit 15 Not enough cutlery and riddled with ****roaches We paid R17000 for this holiday and not worth it It's now Tuesday and we are told that we can't be on our balcony after 10pm They stood here until we went in The staff don't even take notes when we complain about anything They claim to clean but don't And then to top.it all we ask for the rules and they say it hasn't been updated and we need to listen or else they were will call the reaction unit Is this how guest are treated nowadays We were.not the only people sitting on the balcony but we were treated like criminals I demand an apology or my monies back so I can go and have my holiday with my family somewhere else It's obvious that you have enough clients who appreciate the filth..the ****roaches and the rude staff who threaten you to get in or else we will have a reaction unit to come here Really disgusted by this Is it because we are Indian I'm.sorry but the black residents were also not complying but no one approached them Yes I am asking if it's a racist thing I have never had this kind of treatment at any other resort or hotel I want answers please Moaaza Ismail Angry and disgusted

TELKOM HAS BEEN A CIRCUS TO DEAL WITH NONE OF THE NUMBERS THEY GIVE YOU IS TO DISCUSS HE BILLING THEY INCORRECTLY SEND. i booked a holiday with this company holiday express ********** and they asked for a deposit 3rd october 2017 . the holiday was pre booked for january 2018 . i paid a R3000 deposit . we discovered that the booking was fake and requested a refund and cancelled the holiday on the 11th october. the policy stated a full refund even 4 days before arriving . we still wait for this refund . she says this business belongs to a d govender that is a doctor . numerous requests were sent to him and no response ********** i have watsapped and sms her since last year until now on this number ********** 434 and email **********
