I highly recommend this business. The customer service was excellent, and the guidance in the legal process was exactly what we needed. "I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Everything was handled efficiently and with great care."
We booked my flights from South Africa to London and then London to the USA and return on all of them as well through Gotogate. I flew with Virgin Airlines. We paid additional to have the option to change one of the flights if need be. I needed to change my flight from the Tuesday to the Saturday. Virgin said I have to make the change through the agency I booked the flights with. The number of Gotogate does not get answered. The online help centre does not respond. I could not reach a robot or a human being to assist me. My husband and I tried for 3 days to reach them without success. In future I would rather deal directly with the airline, then at least I would not waste my money on a company that does not even answer a phone call or return a email request. It is unbelievable that they are still in business.
I visited the Estee Lauder counter to purchase my facial products inside Edgars Fourways Mall. It is always such a pleasure to deal with those ladies. They are beautifully groomed, well mannered and know their products well. They always go out of their way to help and you walk away feeling you are important to their business. A true shopping pleasure
I have frequented Herbert Evans in Fourways for many years, my 3 boys grew up and are adults now on their stationary. I went on Sunday morning looking for a specific color. One assistant approached me to ask if she can assist. I told her I cannot see the color, but I will take something else and mix my own. I continued to browse in the store, Im an artist and I love the products they have. I noticed almost immediately this same assistant was following me around. if I turned into the next isle she was there looking at me waiting for me. I was in the store about 20min. She never left me aloe. At the till I said it made me feel really uncomfortable. I have been coming there many years. The red (orange hair) assistant told me they must follow me because people steal and that is that. Even though I understand they have to have security protocol. the way she addressed me was rude and obnoxious. I spend R419 in the store, and I left in tears being treated so badly after being a loyal client to them for more than 20 years.
I have made contact with MTN 3 times now to request my invoicing and statements without success. I just need my invoicing to be send to me as it has been send over the last 5 years. Nothing on my side has changed. yet, I have not received statements or invoicing from MTN since June 2020. My inquiry Reference numbers: Ref 1-1676042749 Ref 1-1994305613 and Ref 1-2028949104 last guy I spoke to - Simpiwe promised me it will be send, nothing received.
Last month MTN billed me for calls made in Lesotho, which I did not make. After much back and forth with Alice van der Merwe. I received a confirmation sms that my query has been sorted. this month MTN billed me additional R257 rand. When I spoke to Kutlwno at the call centre just now, she said MTN gave me a credit for R347 (from the R604 calls made in Lesotho) and I must pay the rest. How is this possible? after they assured me it has been sorted. I have never been to Lesotho. this was supposed to be sorted and now it still has not been sorted and they deducted illegally R257 from my bank account, surely this is fraudulent? I already proofed that I am not liable for the entire amount of R604.
Regarding SR: 1- ********** 8315 I have spoken to MTN various times during last week to make sure they received my full payment for the Billing of July and they do not cut my service until the queried amount has been resolved. I spoke to Miriam Netsetsi on Friday and she said there is nothing she can do for me but she will ask her supervisor Sydney Mangine to give me a call. MTN cut my service anyway and I never heard back from Sydney or from Miriam, it is Monday. Exceptionally pathetic service from MTN.
MTN claim I was in Lesotho in April and May 2018 and tried to charge me for roaming calls made in Lesotho. I have never been to Lesotho and I can prove that not one person in my family has been there in the last 5 years. My query number is SR: 1- ********** 8315. I have spoken to MTN many times. I paid my invoice for July excluding the monies for the roaming (it was not on my invoice). I have never requested roaming and my upgrade contract from October 2017 does not have roaming on either- I upgraded to a IPAD. MTN has no documentation where I requested this supposed roaming. Every time I tried to resolve this they send me the itemised billing. So I phoned the people that was called from Lesotho - guess what? not one of them know me and they have never received calls from my number. How does MTN explain this? Further, MTN has now cut my service, threatening not to put it back in place until I pay for the roaming that was never made by me. I fail to see how this is fair. My invoice for July is paid in the full amount I received the billing for. There is also fees dating back one year, that has been added into 60 days. When I asked what that is, I was told by the call centre it is a short billing of 2017 in August. How can they add that now? after 12 months has expired? also, they debit my account, why was it not debited in 2017? I have asked the people on the calls to give affidavits and I can prove with my passport and my family passports that we have not been to Lesotho or out of the country for that matter. I want this resolved.
