La Rosa spa n BNB
The owner Deirdre of La Rosa spa is an unprofessional person,she advertises specials which they cannot commit too.I booked a spa appointment for my bday foe my family cause she had a special on 4 ppl for R400, she insisted payment needs to be done .i paid the full price then she says you qualify for a 2hr package for 4 ppl and they will charge me R150 more.I paid it thinking my family would enjoy it .I was booked for Sunday 3pm, she messages me say they had a break in ay the spa and if i could the appointment which i said ok too.Too date i have been messages her we did not get our appointment.She ****s people to get rich quick and never delivers the service u pay for.I am so disappointed 😔

I was impressed with the customer service i received from Miway.I spoke to an agent by the name of Thato who was so patient and understanding and caring.It wasn't about making a sale she explained everything to me so nicely.I appreciate you and thank Miway for having such amazing staff like Thato.🙏

Worst dealership
Hyundai Pinetown is the worst dealership to ever buy a vehicle from.I am a first time buyer and i have purchased a pre-owned 2 months ago and now i am having endless problems with the vehicle and their salesman are dishonest when doing deals with you.I have bern trying to get help and they just keep going in circles with your complaint.i have spoken to numerous people and still have no joy. They are unprofessional and have no customer service skills.i will never refer this dealership to anyone.All they ever worry about is making a sale of innocent people who they can advantage off and sell them s****.They have given me worst experience ever.I am disgusted with the service i received.

Capitec bank is stealing my money!!!
Capitec bank is stealing my money!! My bank account was debited R2502 for no reason.When I contacted the call centre the consultant advised me that the money was debited for a loan that I have.I then advised the consultant that I don't have loan with the .She told me I have an active loan on my account from last year but was only debited now after 1year 4 months .This is shocking news to me and I personally think that this is the worst bank I ever dealt with.I left standard bank thinking this was a better option but I guess I was wrong.I want my money back and I want no dealing with this bank again.
