Poor service by eskom Green Point depot Clastal
We have a power outage for 3 days now but we are not getting any help from eskom Gseenpoit depot. It has been a trend that they ignore reports from Amandawe Majenda area. Customers end up paying private people who seem to be regging their funds. Selected households seem to be targeted by this and it is fruxtrating

Poor service by Carol and Ahmed
A lady by the name Carol could not go with me as i wanted to show her the brooms i wanted to do. a quotation on. She instructed me to e mail a list of items i want for quotation and she subsequently did a quotation on wrong items which were R20 more than what i wanted The Stire manager Ahmed defended her and he refused to give me a cash refund stating that he can't do it because i made EFT payment. He said he still has to talk to the director before depositing the cash back to my account. Pathetic service

Terrible service from their customer service terminal, went to collect my pressure pump from their repair Centre and the lady at my service was very rude, arrogant and unfriendly towards me. Instead she served customers who came after me

Pathetic service received from Furry Ford Amannzimtoti
Bought a pre owned vehicle from this dealership and on its adverti*****t was told it comes with a full service history annd only to discover on collection date the the car does not have any service history and it also does not even have a spare key. Both the sales rep and his supervisor have promised to resolve the issue but up until today they have not contacted me as a result I have lost out on my vehicle warranty benefits since they have failed to furnish me with a service history of this vehicle
